Finally looked these over, and have a few questions:

1. Harvester of Woe. The helpfile says "may case ever-stronger offensive spells", but the "SEE ALSO" portion only references plague and energy drain. So, does Harvester of Woe affect things like lightning bolt, fireball and iceball?

2. Vessel of the Pit Fiends. Having read the helpfile, I still don't get what this does. Increase the boost from bloodlust as the AP gets more charges?

3 & 4. Reap the Forsaken. The helpfiles states, "should they be conscious and able to comprehend the doom that comes for them". I get the "awake" part, but what is "able to comprehend"? Does that mean "not blind"? Also, the "INT instead of STR" thing- does that only apply to damroll & melee, or also to physical skills (faceslash, lashes, vault, morosacharge, etc.) that may have a strength component to them?

5. Spine of the Akragaka. Helpfile says it requires a "minimum threshhold of physical strength". So that means felars are excluded at a bare minimum, since they have the lowest str (17) of all AP races. Arials (19) are apparently not excluded given Surauk's comments. What about drow (18)?

All single-target offensive spells. Plague and energy drain are mentioned because they're requirements if I remember correctly.

Swap charges for controls and I believe that's it.

I think that all just means awake.

Just damroll and melee.

I believe a dark elf can pick it.

My guesses

I think it's only energy drain and plague.

more +str and +damage is my guess on the bloodlust effect, as he gains controls

My guess, is your malediction spells are easier to land on cursed targets if you're fighting them. And you get hit/dam based on your Int as a base, not str.

I think I asked Victoria, think it was an option.

It is, allegedly, all targeted offensive spells. I asked an imm about this.

I suspect it is to do with being "mindless". For example, skeletons on Calandryl are immune to power word despondence because they cannot comprehend it.

Rings a bell with me too. Think she said the same to me.
