17509, Requesting....

Magical items from mobs to give to Tahren/couriers. Terrible form? Mildly acceptable? Go nuts?

The idea behind request is that you are convincing another kindly soul to give you a gift that you will put to good use.

Requesting a gift and carrying through your intent of smashing it to pieces? Might be one of the last objects you successfully request.

From help request:

To sum up: Do NOT request for other players, even if they are good. Also, request only what you need at the moment. Simply requesting an item because it is limited is dangerous, and hoarding requested items is a good way to be transformed into neutral.

I agree with Valg. That definitely doesn't fall into the "request only what you need" definition.

Thats kind of a gray area, I certainly wouldn't make a habit of it, ever. It really depends on your characters reasoning honestly though.
Anything powerful that you could request thats magical as a rager most of the time, would either be A. Bad form *You just asked a paladin for his blade so you can destroy it? Huh??* B. You just kindly asked a mage for gear.. as a battlerager...
I could see the other way around more, but still meh. Sounds more like you'd get your #### knocked in the dirt before too long..

About what I was thinking, but I figured I'd ask.
