Any chance we could see some wide spread practice give-away?
Seeing as a tonne of us just got 4-5 new skills, and I don't think many people in the higher levels (particularly low int/wis races) have enough practices to practice any of the new skills.
Please?

See the helpfile for 'EXTRA TRAINING' for one way a character can deal with it without us just giving them more practices than other characters.
