Always loved the idea of using bounty-hunting, but not enough people really participate for it to be a big deal. So how about throwing in more incentives? First, it'd be kinda cool to remove the restriction where you can only place a bounty on someone in your PK range...hell, let some hero put a bounty on me, I say! He'll make me more famous when no one can collect!

I'd like to see some kind of "bounty score" available for anyone to access, where you could see the number of bounties claimed by a particular person, as well as who the bounties were on and the amount paid.

It would also be cool to get some kind of extra abilities if you are a reputable bounty hunter, or perhaps be given an experience/movement/edge points reward every so often as well.

As someone who has never used bounty before, are you saying you can't put bounty's on out of range people? Isn't that the point of it? Maybe that's why no one ever uses it. Because they'd rather spend their 100 gold on buying healing items and other various preps to kill the person they want to place a bounty on themselves.
