Now what are they for the first forms since it's no longer 15-17 (which I'm really glad about, I hated waiting that long to get my first form :P I may even go and make a ground based shifter now to go along with my water/air :D)

right i gotta remember to check forum dates, i logged in at my friends house and the first one in the announcements was that shifter form levels went down... *kicks the weird forums*
