Would allow them to handle keys of a material they wouldn't normally be able to pick up. Causes damage from "holding" the item every other pulse that the item is held, cumulative. 2 dam the first, 4 the second etc. You'd have to still not allow iron/mithril to be given to them though, or someone could just exploit this as a means of PK.

but it might be too powerful.
I always thought that was one of the bigger disadvantages of being Elf/D-Elf.
