Aside from the helpfiles, can someone give me an idea of what Scion RP is all about? Maybe some possible worldviews that a Scion might have.

I've had a couple, but frankly there hasn't been any depth. I'm thinking about giving it another go.

To quote Kent Brockman:

Oh no! The apocalypse is coming ANY DAY NOW and evil creatures are going to rule the world. For my own sake I'd better make a deal with the evil creatures so that I'm allowed to live.

Ah ha! I've heard that it might be possible to bring about an apocalypse. As a villainous bastard I want to make this happen so I can revel in the pain and suffering.

Those are outlines, obviously without the depth you probably want. Why not look up scion PBFs and see what their roles are like? The fact is that all cabals are intentionally somewhat vague in their outlook so that not everybody has to be a cookie-cutter character.

If you're having trouble making a good role specifically for whatever cabal, try just making a role for the kind of character that cabal features (an evil mage, in this example). Then once you're satisfied, go back and tweak it to include something about the cabal. You might not end up with as cohesive a role as one designed completely around the cabal, but you'll probably at least get an interesting role that is compatible with the cabal.

I had a penchant for chicken and stole a cock when I was young. The Tribunal caught me by the nadgers and took my Pride as compensation. Despite a pen made complaint, I was denied my willy forever when it was cast 'head first' into the sewers.

Alone and destitute, in the lower meaning of the word, I sought salvation in revenge against my phallus chucking foes. The Ancients, may they bless me with a little monster, accepted my praise! Bless my new found blade, for it shall be long, long and very very strong!
