All right. I hate to complain, I really do. You guys mostly have the nail hit on the head.
One thing that really and truly irks me is the fact that I spent 20 to 25 minutes of my own time after a certain cabal guardian died waiting for it to come back to try and retrieve our item. Now, I know PCs camping inside that cabal will prolong the repop, a fair mechanic. Is it possible to shorten that time to say, 8-10 minutes? 20 to 25 minutes of complete inaction is ridiculous.

Like when you are raiding and you want allies to be able to get in without having to fight through the guardian again. I'm sure if they made this people someone would complain about it repopping too fast.

25 minutes is ####ing excessive. I don't care, it's a ridiculous amount of time to spend waiting to re-raid.
10 minutes is reasonable, given a raid party can move from one raid spot (scion cabal say) to the village in under 3 minutes.

You sound as though you have absolutely nothing else to do, and in fact cannot do anything else, while waiting for the repop, and are thus just sitting outside the cabal entrance. That's of course not true.
You can do anything you want and then go back and get your item when the guardian is back. You are not prevented from doing things just because you have to wait to get the item back.
And of course, if you're that impatient, you and your friends can always kill the inner.... :)

Well, it could be made such that any non-cabal member in the cabal prevents a fast repop.
Overall I'm pretty neutral on this. It is annoying waiting for a repop, but it's not like you have to just sit around with your thumb up your bum. You can run around doing other stuff, or even drive out anybody in there.
