14263, Swiftstrike and Defensive Spin/Distance.

Would swift strike fire on
A) Defensive Spin
B) Distance
I ask because I'm thinking those skills lessen the impact swiftstrike has since they would reduce the number of opportunities for the skill to function. (Or so it seems to me)

No, it may only fire on parries.
