Is it an oversight that you cannot get anything from ANY empire pit (in sects - four of them in total) even after Outer, Inners, and Sect guardians are all dead? You recieve the message that 'Only members of <insert Sect> can use this pit', and that's about it.

I mean you can loot any pit after you killed Inner in any other cabal as far as I know.

By design, however it's something that's being looked at. It's fairly
low on the list of things to do, with everything else we've got lined up.

This get's asked roughly once every 6 months. It's by design. You might notice that there is no cabal pit where everyone donates, and what you might not know is that if your sect doesn't have enough donations, you don't get a sect pit.
