Nice vague no/yes answers are all I am looking for.

Does a character's wisdom have an affect on his ability to invoke supps?

Does a target's wisdom help him resist supps?

Does level provide any affect on supps landing?

Thanks.

Depends on the class. For paladins and wrath, yes. In other cases, I don't think so. You might see this tinkered with if we get around to doing something novel with shamans, or you might not.

>Does a target's wisdom help him resist supps?

Not always, but in most cases yes. Intelligence and wisdom each have some effect on most saves. While this is always present, I notice it the most as a player when I'm moderately to heavily geared for saves.

>Does level provide any affect on supps landing?

In most cases, yes.

You'll notice I said 'in most cases' to both of the last two questions. I'll make mention of the most common exception to both: poison and disease based saves care about constitution and your resistance/vulnerability to poison/disease as appropriate a great deal, other factors to a lesser degree, and intelligence and wisdom generally not at all.
