INT based or not. I have heard both. Two handed exotics intrigue me. No point in leveling to legacies if such chars as could make use of them will suck with the legacy however.

Gates vs. HP legacy!

If you were debating between these two legacies, what would your thought process go like, since in many ways the have the same end effect for you.

It's not as far as I can remember.

I'd ask myself some questions, possibly including:

- What will my stats/hp look like for this character?

- What will my gearing strategy be for this character? For example, am I willing to favor armor class over other things?

- What kinds of affects are more or less standard on this character? (i.e., cabal powers, gear the character might be based around, whatever)

- Does my number of hit points matter? (That is, it would for certain spells, skills, etc., but are any of these important to this character and his/her strategy for play?)

- Where does my hit point recovery come from?
