i was wondering if a paladin had used all his practice lessions and then got a virtue, what then?

example, level 51 paladin use his last pratice lessions to train, then he get a second virtue, with no pratice lessions.
is that jus to bad for him or is there a way to get a couple of pratice lessions?

I can't remember which one. I gained another virtue, and had like 1 prac left. Pissed me off to no end.

Generally, just too bad. Save some practices.

In a few rare cases I've seen patron immortals be kind and allow the paladin to trade, say, con or hit points for practices in an unfavorable ratio to do it.

It varies, but it's always more than three.

When I switched from shokai to grumorum, I lost a virtue, and I didn't have enough practices to recover when I got it back. I got a totally brutal quest, and just chose to live without divine retribution.

Bria once gave me a fairly easy quest to get a few extra practices for some reason. I think it was something especially newbie-ish, like I'd forgotten to save practices for the "enliven" skills. Then again, maybe she broke with convention by doing so.
