When wings are out, over body armor isn't an option.
Wing armor is an option.

With wings in, wing armor must be removed to wear
over the body armor.

While wearing over the body, depending on material
it can either break from spreading wings, or cause
a lasting dexterity maledict with some damage.

Due to the nature of combat, I would disallow spreading
wings to fly given the anti-clothing code as far as
wearing/removing in combat.


OR

You can justify that if you are binding your wings in,
you cannot fly for a period of time after removing the
over body slot, from being cramped. Maybe it takes a few ticks
to be able to fully stretch back out your wings.
