Part of the goal with this change is to make it so a character can end up with more edges now than they could previously. So we'll be keeping an eye on that.

We did some number crunching and I felt satisfied (for now) that there will be a net gain in number of edges a character can/will have.

If, after some time with this system, there truly is a net loss (for many/most characters) we will revisit the amounts awarded at each tier.
