Personally, I think the court of public opinion is more important and doesn't require the stress and work of a public court of law.

I think more than anything the playerbase wants a resolution to these issues. They read these logs and wonder if they will fall victim to some arbitrary penalty for not playing the game the way some Imm thinks they should.

I'm not talking about cheaters that break the rules. Give Torak a permaban and politely ask him to find a new game--I don't care. I'm talking about stuff like the Orcfest fiasco, Jindicho, and this latest one.

Instead of looking at these incidents as troublemaking, they could be viewed as opportunities to demonstrate what a great game CF is with its even-handed rules enforcement by a professional staff. You know, just like how you're asking players to view these punishments as roleplay opportunities.
