1) You want a shift in player behavior that I perhaps don't. That's fine, but let's not pretend you're doing a job I'm too lazy to do.

2) The biggest problem with any attempt to enforce behavior in this way is that players are, mostly, full of #### / drama queens with respect to supposed unsportsmanlike behavior. For every ten people who bitches in an OOC outlet that they got full looted, maybe one and probably zero actually were.
