Actually I think there are some. For Outlanders it is "do not travel with dwarves as the minimum and attack them on sight as maximum", for Berserkers it is "Pride, Courage and blah blah".

Both these 'laws' were broken. I think that was the reason of posting it, not the fact of ganking.
