... it's because the dude thinks Nep would be lying about this. Or the fact that he didn't read Neps post when it's says that it can vary.
It's like saying that trip has a 0% chance of success and there must be a bug since he tested to trip ONCE and it failed. ;)
Just my thought though. ;)
