Such a help file (a reproduction of the area opening note) exists for Nyathl Ikalith. Some other assorted areas (not necessarily explore areas) have this too. If an area writer hasn't chosen to provide this, it's possible they weren't thinking that someone would want to see it later at the time, or it's possible they intentionally didn't provide one.
