Well, sure thing.

I'll first begin with the Svirfnebli "Stone Skin"... to me, due to their dedication to stone, this would be more skill oriented than spell. You might even be able to go into the physical aspect of it, some sort of mediation practice or what-have-you. Plus, if it -was- a skill, you wouldn't be able to just (and I'm going on total speculation here) dispel it like the actual spell "stone skin".

Next, the Storm giant's "Call Lightning". I can see this being fairly magical in both nature and effect. Still, since it is an inherent, I can understand why ragers (since they were the topic at hand) can allow this.

Finally, the Dark elves "Faerie Fire". Some would say yah, the others nah. I've always understood this to be magical, especially since they used to get the spell at 100% before inherents were implemented.
