Is there a reason that the Udgaard temple does not have access to the Mudschool...causing youngun's who choose udgaard as their home city to have to walk all the way to galadon to get back in?

There is access back to Mudschool from Udgaard, it just isn't right next to the temple as it is in most towns. Check around the square, there should be an exit to get to the Academy from there.
