Write a note to immortal and explain the situation, or try the email route. One way or another, you'll get a response.

Khas - Heh you have been away for some time i can see... :) The man is sitebanned, how can he write a note to immortal in game? ;) I mean, if he doesnt have access to a friend or anything ... Well, just saw a oppotunity to spank you around and wanted to do it....
