What is the interaction between these two legacies? From the other wiki:
> Vanguards Desire - Can retreat an entire group out of combat. Warcry for an entire group. Also inspires with rescues.
> Cry of thunder - Heals 100hp, gives a +15dam/+str/+con and haste on a 0 tick timer and a shorter duration warcry (so you can use it more often).
Does this mean I could apply the Cry of Thunder bonuses to my entire group? (i'm assuming not)

You get the sweetness of vanguard's group retreat plus a bunch of other group specific stuff.
Great class spec imo.
