4034, Question on edges
Posted by Xmuter on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
I've looked on Dio's as well as the help files and I have been unable to find the answer to these questions.
If I take Regenerator of Self I can cast the repair spells quicker on myself. Does this prevent me from casting this on others or if I can cast it on others, it just has the standard recast duration?
Would the benefits from Fleshmender and Regenerator of Self stack when casting it on myself?
The main thing I would like to know is if I take Regenerator of Self, can I still cast the repair spells on others.
Thanks!
Help files below:
Regenerator of Self: Transmuters with advanced understanding of their own body's processes can repair damage to their body with great effectiveness.
Fleshmender: Transmuters who focus upon mending the wounds of the flesh may do so more often and with greater effectiveness.
Evil transmuters lack the concern for the health of others to learn this edge; those that are concerned with healing themselves often pursue the Regenerator of Self edge instead.

If you're casting it on someone else, it's as though you didn't have the edge, essentially. It works normally.

Yes, although there might be diminishing returns. I can't remember the exact details.
