I'm wondering if I'm missing something...

There seem to have been some tweaks and changes lately to things like dirt kick for rangers, new areas added, bonus exp days, etc, but I haven't seen an announcement since January 8th or an update to the changelog in even longer.

Are these changes being posted somewhere and I'm not realizing it, or are they considered so small that no mention is being given to them (which I thought was what the changelog was for)?
