I'm using Zmud, and as soon as I connect to CF (this doesn't happen with any other MUDs) I am immediately disconnected. I was playing successfully earlier today, and this just started happening. Some notes...

-only happens with Carrion Fields
-I can telnet to Carrion Fields successfully
-I was previously (today) playing

Any help?

Have you checked the connection info in Zmud?

One idea: Is the port address still correct inside the software? (I've noticed some software deletes the port number sometimes, I don't know why or when)

Also, whether you're using carrionfields.org or carrionfields.com, people have reported better or worse connections to each in the past (if the org address even still works, I haven't tried it lately)

And lastly, try connecting directly by number rather than name, so you can bypass DNS bugs.

If none of that helped any, maybe someone else has ideas, I'm out of it right now.
