What difference does race make for a shifter? ie, do race stats make a difference in form. Take a felar and gnome shifter that have the same form, will the felar have higher hitroll or dex in form?

Racial stats don't make a difference in your forms stats.

Do they make a difference in which form possibilities there are for you? Other than the obvious of felar can't pick water...?
