Does glowing or humming armor worn by assassin reduce the chance to assassinate?

Based on my experience, it doesn't.

Like he couldn't figure out why assassins didn't dress like assassins, and we can't figure out what that ment. Some people think he ment massive ammounts of to hit influence assassinate, others thought it ment glowing and/or humming gear decreased the chance for success.

I think I even heard people talking about 'dark' flagged gear might influence your chances for the better.

Not game mechanics. The opinion was that why would an Assassin wear Glowing and Humming gear, if he's trying to be sneaky. From an RP standpoint, it was spot on.

I don't recall you making any game mechanics correlation to it, as far as it having -any- effect at all.

But that's just my take on it.

To clarify, I'm not saying I never said this (though I don't remember it), more that with the context I probably figure out what I was getting at and explain it more clearly.

It's not too hard and many players would be glad to know.

As far as I know it has no effect.
