Should that new haversack have some newbie bread in it? And maybe when you look in it and eat a piece of that newbie bread, there could be a prog that says something like "You're only given so much bread to begin your journey. You'll need to visit a shop that sells food. Try Simon.". Or something that effect anyway? The newbie pot of water comes filled, which is good.

I can't think of how many times I've heard level 1's asking about food and starving on the newbie channel. Even though starving may be little more than annoyance for them, it would be nice to point them to some standard rations already in inventory to get them started.
