Could someone either do this or point me in to a place where it's already been described...?

List the forms available for each shapefocus, in order of rareness and/or desirability...and describe their special skills (ie. what makes them good or bad)?

I don't have a sense of what forms do what or which focus they are for, nor how good they are. Seems like there's a lot of em to experience without playing 20 shifters into the high ranks.

When I get a first tier form, it would be great to know which are relatively crappy and worth using the edges to roll again.
