General Changes
New command - CABALWARS
*BB* Pugil will no longer miss on a successful echo
*BB* Discuss will now give you the xp before providing the list of edges
Race Specific Changes
*BB* Svirf: Inherant stoneskin no longer detrimental to healing
Class Specific Changes
*BB* Conjurer: Astral Doubleback edge will no longer kill you
*BB* Warrior: Riddle of Resilience now works against Vital Area
*BB* Shapeshifter: Lucky Blows in form will now be the correct damage type
*BB* Necromancer: Disorienting Disruption edge now works
*BB* Anti-Paladin: Bug where you might not get controls fixed
Cabal Specific Changes
*BB* Outlander: Windwalk will no longer work if calcified
Tribunal: Guardcall timer increased when Tribs don't have the Scales
