Working mostly with leadership development & leadership assessment. I'm working for a really small company (6 employees) which is nice, since you get to be involved in pretty much everything that's important.

I'm currently writing a book about leadership and organizational culture. Yesterday, my boss called me and informed he that he had decided the book was to be in swedish rather than english, so I'm currently stuck translating the 110 pages I've written so far, gnnhrr...

Anyway, once this book is done I'll probably get a degree in computer science as well, and either go for software development(i have some ideas) or IT security.
