Provide second and third level technical support to all Public Sector staff in addition to bringing innovative techniques to improve our processes.
Assist in monitoring all ticketing systems to ensure all new tickets and tickets needing follow up are handled promptly.
Research and present new techniques for improving the current process.
Heavy user interaction primarily via phone and in-person.
Configure and deploy approximately 100 PC's and Laptops per week.
Maintain positive control of all PC and laptop assets, including duties of shipping and receiving new assets.
