I'm currently a line cook in a resteruant(sp) in Shallotte, NC. "Duffer's Bar and Grill"

Before that though I worked for a year and a half on Bald Head Island. I painted for a construction crew which was a lot of fun. Eventually though my boss 86'd the paint department so he moved us over to actual construction, which was a lot of fun also.

Other than those, most of my work has been in the food industry. But I enjoy it. Not saying I wouldn't like to return to school and do something else... its paid the bills so far.
