Thanks for bailing my sorry behind out of the Avalanch just before you died. If I knew you were so close, I would have chatted more instead of just saying thanks and running off.

From our numerous interactions, I thought of you as one of the few "True Paladins" I have ever seen. Good work. I hope you enjoyed the ride as well.

Well, that was fun. Soo...a goodbye thread...where to begin.
Teleon was like most of my characters (I'm sure a good many
of you worked out who I am, my characters are generally very
similar) was built to be a good chap, I really do prefer rp
and helping folks to pk (which I still totally stink at), and for that you really can't beat a good old friendly, acolytish
tribby paladin. The perfect excuse to stand around chatting with
folks, seeing who needs help and such. Overall, I suspect it
was mission achieved in that regard. I also had high hopes of
actually having a good deal of interaction with, his patron
Rayihn, and while that didn't work, its all good. I tend to think
people are far too needy as far as immteraction goes. If your
having fun with a char, thats all that really matters.

Hmm, what else...Oh, something I've been deliberately avoiding
a comment on till now...but, ye gawds, the amount of ooc whining
about the tribunal, whats with that? I've been in and oppossed Spires
that have been way more powerfull. I can't help suspecting its
sourced from two or three people who are more or less throwing a
pity fit...A tribby that stays on duty! Horrid! A tribby who
wants his char to be a good magistrate! Your kidding me. Sorry to
bust your bubble whiners, but a tribs job is to stay on duty in
(shock and horror) their city. All this talk of gear hoarding and
doing nothing is ignorant kiddy stuff. Ye gawds, its not like
you don't know where a magistrate is, for pete sake anyway. If
you want their stuff so bad, go wallop em...
Wait I hear you say! Thats no fair, he has help in the city. Unlike
every other cabal who immediately lose their powers inside the city, right?

Well except for the outlanders, but thats another rant, though
generally a lot more positive. Hmm, well then...Tribby/Outlander
stuff...I found myself considering the Spire completely WRONGED
and WEAKER and WAAAH, regarding everything from Inner guardians
to cabal powers *grin* but considering I've thought that with every
character in every conflict, I'm not surprised. That said the spirit
is a beast. I suspect overall the balance is pretty good. We are both
loaded in advantages on our own turf, and thats fine. I also
thought there was plenty of raiding, on both sides, though some
would argue. As for Imm action within the Spire, I think we get
plenty, but then, I'm a bad judge there most likely. I really do
think dependance on heavy immteraction is a sign of A.D.D.

Hmm. Second age death elf, now I ponder it, though I am a little
curious, would I have lived longer if I had just stayed a Provincial?
I noticed I had the same year age as Xin, but near 200 hours less
play time. Leader life extension? Though my elf Provost actually
lived less time.

Anyway, will post some more thoughts and some goodbyes to follow.

Ducktrainer.
61762, You seemed just fine to me...

I admittedly didn't watch you a ton, but my limited interactions with you as Hunsobo, combined with the small amount I did watch you as Twist, were very favorable.

That was a great fight on the Dragon Sea, the one time Hunsobo got you. You seemed rather shocked - first starting with the finger wagging ("Ah ah ah, bad giant!") and I was like "Hmm. Gonna need some dam reduction." and then I managed to whittle you down fairly quick.

Good char all in all, GLWYN.

I thought you were a solid magistrate. A little bit too much guild sitting at first, but, once you got the point, you became the Justiciar rather quickly. I never saw any complaints about you or any of the flags you placed. All around a very good job as a paladin tribunal.
Good luck with the next.
61767, Suprised that you didn't demote him

Sitting in his own guild. Not cowering in someone elses guild.

The paladin guild is probably the safest place to be, since the guildmaster is aggro to plenty of enemies.

That said, I liked Teleon the character and thought he played a good trib and a good paladin.

Great character, you had no limit to your patience and willingness to help others and set the bar high for how a goodly magistrate could keep the cities safe. I did often think you were an acolyte with a badge, but there's nothing wrong with that kind of role and it is nice to see you stick it out for age death even though the excitement factor might have been pretty low at times.

I felt kind of bad when I saw you logged on earlier today and knew you were just about to croak, but hopefully you got to do everything you intended with this char (other than try to save me from the Inferno!). It was probably better that you didn't attend that Helltrip-turned-bloodbath anyway.

Goodluck with your next magistrate, I know you're probably already working your way through the academy as we speak.

I'll post more on my most memorable interaction with you once I'm gone.

I just couldn't let your death thread go by without saying, well played and keep them coming.

All I can say is thanks for the like 3 hours of real time repeated heals of that damned scourge... I was pretty excited to have managed what I did solo... will mostly solo but with your healings when I recalled. :) Good luck with the next!
61790, Good trib!

Well played!

Don't sweat about the haters. You were a great trib and a fine roleplayer.

I remember ages ago when we exchanged a little out of range banter
and I made a mental note to kill you. Too bad I couldn't pull it off, when I got in range!
I couldn't figure out a way to deal with champion's stand and temperance aside from bringing another to the fight.

You pulled off some cool retrievals against Throkk and you were funny too:
Teleon tells you 'I assume you won't allow me to sit outside and heal?'

I enjoyed our interactions. Good luck with the next mr. nice guy.

61797, Have your earned rest justiciar.

Our times did not match much, but seeing you died of old age, makes me sure you were a very solid presence in the Spire, and you will be missed. I never heard any complaint about you Teleon, and thats a amazing thing for a 600+ hours character.

The times i have seen you in action, you showed yourself very conscious and secure on your decisions. I thank you for the little time we have spent together, and i really must agree with you on one thing, the spirit is a beast... i am sure you remember why i am saying this.

Good luck with your next.
