The newbie-ish was probably due to a few things - first rager for a damn long time, first defender ever, first warrior with legacies ever, and (probably equal to all of the above) trying very hard NOT to look like a guy who knows everything.

I knew going into being a defender that I was going to be sort of the "bandage-bitch" but I was actually surprised at how little of that I had to do. There weren't many people who really seemed to demand a lot of my attention (other than during raids and stuff, but that's to be expected from anyone).
