Vandrylon was one of the best characters I've ever met.

All the haters, #### off. Try and make one half as good.
48276, Did you ever read the note?
Posted by Ulzammon on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Please, if not, Vandrylon, post the damn note :)!
48231, Don't know why but..

You rolled in the same time with Cadbru.
Ranked as a perma with him.
Inducted in scions - in the same time.

Just wonder, is it possible to do and not to be denied.

Mista falun? Right?
48235, Bah, go away anonymous ass.

Vandrylon kicked ass on so many levels, you are either a hater or just looking to stir #### up.

Good work Vandrylon, this char kicked ass on every level in my few interactions with him.

Don't let the haters get you down.
48244, You couldn't tell right away who it was?

Isn't hard to put two+two togtether.
48238, Wow. This troll is horrible.

Your facts are way off, too.

I just wish we could find a way to post Vandrylon's note.
48240, Bye, Mhardat.

If you try to work around the ban like you have before, further steps will be taken.

I wrote just well known facts and I did not say anything offensive to this player. Eh?

Accusing someone else baselessly of permagrouping is just as bad as accusing this person baselessly of permagrouping.

Both of you have been warned plenty of times. Take the Abbott-and-Costello act elsewhere.

This was a fun character, but I ended up losing interest when my time to play him got cut down some. Wanted to keep him around because he had great quest skills, tattoo, etc, but eh that stuff doesn't save a character that gets boring. This was also my first attempt at playing a real male character (I am female irl) so that was a little odd for me. Rolled a minotaur and I was all excited and then I was like...wait why didn't it ask gender? OH. Hm! I decided the best way to go with it would be to play as close to a stereotypical man as I could get. Hope I did ok!

Qaledus - you're the man. You just rock. Far and away the best immteraction I've had playing this game. I would just come up with crazier and crazier stuff to say to you, random wierd junk to give you and you'd just roll with everything with a cringe and a smile. So many of your followers seem to try and do a cheap Restraal immitation, I wanted to be unique. I was trying to be the guy who wanted to keep all the good stuff for himself, was really greedy, but who also adored Qaledus enough to bring him all kinds of random garbage that seemed interesting. I hope it was fun for you too.

Cabdru - great to level with, great to rap with, etc etc.

Palmer - good luck, I hope you make it.

Ulzammon - sorry to see you delete, I was looking forward to capping Armadillo with aristaeia.

Redegis - I'm not sure how you say things with breathing? I always pictured you as Darth Vader in a skirt.

Vens - rar! That's all, cool to see an ass kicking assassin.

Last - Dalteric, thanks for the Valentine's role contest prizes. Those three quest skills were awesome. I know I'm never going to get something like that again, thanks for it.

Peace out everyone. :)

Absolutely terrific, really. And since you brought up Restraal,
I'll expand a bit on how right you are about imitations and how
much your unique take on a worshipper made you such a joy/curse
to deal with.

Wealth-giving is the most obvious archetype for a Qaledus follower
and, let's face it, that is what Qaledus asks for. Restraal was
really a high water mark in the wealth-giving, but also made me
want to tear my hair out or set him on fire almost every time we
met (which is a credit to his style). Eventually, I encased him (while living)
in gold and stuck him in my trophy room. That still makes me laugh.

Followers since then have been (slightly) less giving in the wealth area,
but also don't make me want to strangle them (as much). It's not as
terrible/fun but helps with my blood pressure.

Vandrylon is to me an icon of a completely different kind and I
don't know if I could live through anyone topping him. Every
encounter made me just cringe (in a good way) because I knew that
I was going to 1) have to take the interaction up a notch and
2) get items that were nearly valueless but were *technically*
what I was asking for, just *always* totally ignoring the spirit of my
request. I'd asked for something golden, you bring me the most disgusting
or useless golden thing in the world! And the things that did have value!
Those you just defiled right in front of me, but always in the spirit of worship so
I couldn't really find offense.

And like my best followers (and really, the best characters regardless
of whether they like Qaledus), you were you regardless of who you were with.
You were just as cringe-inducing with your groups or even alone.

So yes, I enjoyed it. Thank you.

Qaledus

ps: Great role too.
48246, Fabulous Role!

Though I didn't get to watch the character much, your role was awesome, and we Imms definitely talked about it on more than one occasion (in a good way!). Can't wait to see the next one.

48230, I have never had as good as a time as I did with you and Cabdru.

Seriously. You were hilarious, and your original note to Scion was Gold, Jerry! Gold!

Well played, hope you have as much fun with your next character, man.
