Everytime I got you on a where, I was aware of the threat you posed as a PK'er, so good job with that. Hope you had fun, hope you have fun with your next.

26757, For some reason I really liked you.
Posted by Glilanthis on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
we barely spoke maybe twice? but I kept running into
you my whole life. I thought there were some odd things
about you but never go the chance to talk about it.

There was just something that made me think you were
an 'okay fella', have yet to decide what it was.
*shrug*
well good luck with the next and all that.
26717, I really want to know the explanation.
Posted by Cerunnir on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
That you would give as to why a goodie walks with shawtabbies. They are undead.. much like necro zombies.
26718, Same reason goodie conjies use gaunts & mephits? nt

Aparently they are not. At least two of them.

If they were undead, "turn undead" would affect them. It doesn't. They also don't have a red aura.

As far as I can tell they're sort of "servants from beyond", akin to the Maran Tara'bal.
26715, Boo!

You never spoke one word to me even though I tried to speak to you about the Tawshabies, then you started attacking every Outlander you met on sight. Seemed pretty lame to me. But then you were around for a long time, and I only met you in the last few days of your life. So maybe you were just trigger happy by then.
26713, Well....

**I have the log, might post it after I die, but here is the jist of it**

I solo raid scion. I pick up a mace at their inner.

30-45 mins later, after Grad and a paladin log on...

Grad tells you "how did you get that mace"

reply "I picked it up off the floor when I raided scions."

grad tells you "return it to paladin, it's his"

reply "I'm busy."
(was hunting criminals)

grad tells you "you aren't going to return it?"

reply "Perhaps when I'm not busy, now leave me alone."

Snip to paladin and grad following me from balator to near the Fortress....then surprising the ####e outa me by jumping me, ganging the heck out of me, and taking just about all of my things.

Paladin tells you "This is for being a thief"

snip me with an incredulous expression staring at my computer screen.

Then I explain that killing a lightwalking shaman because I wouldn't return a Mace *RIGHT NOW* might not be the perfect paladinly thing to do....

paladin tells you ....uh...wait...no...we did that because you hunt lightwalking criminals...yeah...AND to teach you to not be a thief.

........

After that, the only interaction I had with Grad was him trying to say that hunting tribby lightwalkers was a good act....because tribby lightwalkers hunt criminal lightwalkers....or something like that. And Odrirg not really wanting to accept any sort of rationalization that you put forward.

Well, at least Gradaelus was a shining example of "Orderly does not necessarily mean gives two flying rat ****s about the law". Other than that, we never got to interact enough for me to see if you were anything deeper. As a player, I was interested in finding out what made you tick....if it was something role driven or just a pk/eq char. As Odrirg, I just saw you as a traitor to Order and wanted you gone and out of my way.
26724, Grad..

hehe that was fun run

bla bla bla - you killed gooodi

Odrirg you hunt goodies - shut up :))
26770, Ummm

As the Imms and Odrirg can attest I had no love lost for him, and fully felt he should be unempowered and booted from Tribunal, that being said if what he says is true the paladin and grad (may he rot in the abyss for being an evil ooc sod) deserved to be shifted to neutral at best. Revising reasons for whacking someone after the fact never hold water.

To Paladine: It's far more acceptable to have people think you a fool than to open your mouth and prove them right. Do yourself a favor and don't be your own worst enemy.

26861, I liked Gradaelus but...

I definitely felt he was a gear whore.

If I had nothing he wanted, he never touched me. As soon as I had the ragged cloak, or something, I could expect to die horribly. 1st time, Liraya + Grad. Second time, Calcifer + Grad. Only thing that made it bearable was knowing that neuro was so sickenly overpowered that I'd have died to him solo. 1st time I had great saves and it did no good. Second time I was half naked, which saved me losing anything worthwhile.

Both times I though Gradaelus handled it in a reasonable way. I just didn't consider him "good". I actually saw him as an evil who used lightwalkers to get what he wanted.

Sure enjoyed seeing "Someone tells you 'big-bad-imperial is in Arkham'". Too bad I didn't get a chance to interact with you further. Good luck with your next char.

I'm not sure how to respond to Gradaelus.

On the one hand you helped seal tons of kills for various good-aligned characters and made the Fortress substantially more deathful. Note: the peanut gallery should feel welcome to keep any comments involving the word 'epsilon' to themselves.

On the other hand you never actually joined the Fortress, presumably to avoid any obligation to participate in icky raids and defenses, and were party to several nasty gangs. But you did get lots of kills, so I guess that deserves some praise.

The one thing that stands out about Gradaelus is the time we steamrolled a couple of Imperials on the way to raid. You and a few others clean them out, then proceed to divide the gear while we fight the Vanquisher. That just seemed...weak. People have done alot worse, though, so maybe I'm over-reacting.
26708, Must have it wrong
Posted by Nightgauntish on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
It cannot be true, only imperials full loot. I heard that on qhcf.
26706, Good Riddance
Posted by Elijsie on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
I hated you more than words could describe for what happened that day in the Imperial lands. Lets just say you made a mark on me and made me want to smack myself in the face good job though, you were also something people had to note when raiding the Empire
26705, Damn...

Glad I got the chance to meet you. Was fun, and makes me wish I had been hero sooner so we could have traveled more. Cool charactor. Hope you had fun in all those hours. Take care.
26704, At least the rats didn't get you.
Posted by Tulvaluthian on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Liked a lot of things from your character, and had a lot of fun travelling with you. Wished you wouldn't have gone duo when ragers showed up, but other then that, great job and good luck with the next.
