Time to throw away 67 hours, 40 levels and 282300 experience.

Death tells you 'I AM DEATH, NOT TAXES. I TURN UP ONLY ONCE.'

What can I say. I decided on Szordrin 2.0 to waste some time...basically just attacked almost anyone, with a focus on tribunal/empire. Anyway, I made 40 a few days ago only to find out that knock-out traps had been nerfed hardcore...what was once a 12 hour duration is now a 4/5 hour...#### that no thanks. Not to mention the fact that now they fail a ####load more then previously. If I make another, I will take blackjack for sure...knockout is ####ed. Seriously, I am still ####ing speechless...I cannot believe you guys nerfed knock-out in such a bad way.

Radycec, nice work man, I'll post my life as Xol and our last fight will be at the bottom. Suffice to say I ####ed up but thats how it goes. I hope you got my gear after the crash, it would suck to have it gone to mobs. Use it to kill some people for me.

Duerg Warrior Imperial - I'm not sure how you can accuse me of only ganging or looting from one encounter with me. I think you were just pissed off that I was looting, check out my logs, I did try to rp my role and I sure as hell didnt just loot other peoples kills or gang.

Nazzryn - Heh, did I make you feel humble or what? ;) If you want to talk thieves: acedamace@hotmail.com

So much for my patented trapper/thug combo.

Back to the ####ing drawing board.
Rom.

Role:

Background:
-----------

The thoughts of an alien mind connect with yours...

And through the portal my arts were harnessed, and the pitiful
mortal could but stare in awe...no, more than awe. He knew fear,
he knew despair, and from these emotions his resolve was sapped
beyond ability of natural sickness or wizardly arts. And in that
moment of weakness his mind was laid bare to me...he could no
longer resist, the vessel was mine.

---

Xollanthus was once a sorcerer of some considerable power, who along
with his brethren inside the Keep of Azuremain attempted to bring
forth the Ccul'gra and bind them to their will. Ofcourse, their plans
failed miserably and the Keep fell into its current state, not
entirely in one realm or the other, but existing in a way in both
planes. At the time of summoning, a Ccul'gra assassin was one of
the first through the portal and with the aid of his poisons and
of the fear within Xollanthus's mind, was able to separate the body
of the sorcerer from his soul, thereby leaving an empty vessel for
it to inhabit. The creature has chosen to make his own may to the
Theran plane as it has experienced the emotions many of Thera's
inhabitants exhibit, emotions such as fear, despair, self-doubt and
it feeds off of these, ever seeking to cause such emotions within
others, to its own advantage. It is not simply content to come through
the portals conjured by the Scions at their pleasure, so it has taken
the opportunity presented and come to this plane by its own will.

Character:
----------

The creature within Xollanthus is in some regards a typical Ccul'gra. It
cannot comprehend concepts such as god-hood, honour, sacrifice, mercy,
love etc..but it can sense and feel emotions such as fear, despair and
weakness. In a way, it is a creature of primal intelligence, its mind
alien to almost anything else upon Thera. It believes there is no right
or wrong, there is only power. When asked why it slayed one of Thera's
inhabitants, it replied with "I am, I do, what more is there?". It sees
itself as superior to virtually any other being in Thera who it senses
fear or weakness from, and as such believes that their lives are as
dust in the wind, that it may do with them as it pleases. However, this
creature is also possessed of a cunning sort of intelligence - it is
impulsive but not without thought for the consequences of its actions.
