Man.. I go on a sort of forced vacation for two weeks, and you and
Raelarkez are both gone.. bummer. I suppose I didn't get to hang with
you too much, I only worked up into your range towards the end there,
and you had a knack for getting me mobkilled :P

But it was very nice to see someone who would go for the Link, and
even nicer to see that you're planning on rolling another Nexite.
I'll keep my eye open for a gnome with broken English, eh?

I was glad to have helped you out. You certainly were willing to help me out, and it got you killed often enough. Don't worry about player killing, just have keep having fun.

2369, I watched you a bit...
Posted by Kastellyn on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
...and could never figure out if you were really brave, really dedicated, or just didn't care about getting killed. The number of times I saw your corpse by the massive giant, only to have you come and raid again right after unghosting was impressive. Add that to the times where you did succeed, and even drove back the defenders of the Village, and I was pretty impressed with your attitude and effort. Maybe not the best PKer, but it was obvious you were having fun, and that's what counts the most.

Oh... Thank you...
That gives me that warm fuzzy feeling. :)
Too bad Nexus imms never noticed that or they have been watching me when i was doing nothing special. Still, just one little word from any of you, would have made my day!
I remember once seeing a message:
Vahlen's patience has restored you.
I was not roleplaying so well at that moment, so i did not realize if that was some sort or reminder - come on, stop that! or something else. Or perhaps that was just a mass restore.
*shrug*

I do have to say, good job with sticking with it. Yes that one refrence you speak of was a mass restore, and I wasn't watching you directly. I try to interact with those of the Rift I can, and speak with those who approach me when I have time to actually speak in depth with them on things. But you also have to remember Vahlen is a stoic driven by dedication, so it can be hard getting him to talk sometimes. Its hard for me to watch over Nexus with limited resources and ways of doing it, but I do dig and pry trying to keep up with who does what. Just wanted to give you props for at least sticking in there and not quitting out when you see the mass forces against you.

Haha, you should have effectuated that urge of yours
to slay Ill' .. It would have served him well !! :)

Thanks for helping me out with fingering out those
items ;) We did not interact much, but when we did
it was fun.

As you probably realised, Kareza did never ever understand
what you meant when saying "the BIG picture"

For now, goodbye ... And hello again !!! :)

Ah, finnaly. What can i say. I am around on CF for 3 or 4 years with some short breaks. Had few heros, never stick with one, never was in any cabal. Burtykin is my first char i really liked.
You just have to love invokers after you put so much work into them practicing.
I am not good at PK, never was and perhaps never will be.

My farewell goes to... I am sorry if i forget any of you...

IMMS: no interaction. never tried to get any atention. English is not my native language, not feeling so self confident here.

NEXUS: Very good idea. Needs some tuning perhaps a little bit. I loved being a Seeker.

Caelph: allways been fun just to be with you. your interviews may be confusing, but you help people to learn, great job.

Yarron: hey, could you think of any creature on Thera two of us would not be able to handle? :)

Bladjix: great inpact on my life. because of you i became a Seeker. Was not really going to apply to any cabal, but you just made me feel as one of the Nexus, so getting in was just like a formal thing to do...

Terenvil: you allways make me smile! I want to see you hero one day you big scary gnome giant, the best piggy around ! ;)

Xillinas, Leius, Ecksits, Bonjo, Chawnyth, Graintuilus that was fun...

guess what... i think i'll be back !!!

BATTLE: ouch... can't remeber your names... died to you a lot and did not care about it actually.

Intronan: never really spoke to you. i was afraid of you all the time. good job.

Katisae, Kazander: i apreciate you not looting bread from my corpses.

Nerylana: why ragers talk about resources, not courage ? write a poem about it ;)

SCIONS: never really interacted with any of you

FORTRESS: well well well... i was too friendly with you all to be a seeker i believe...

Satinka: was fun talking to you.

Modion: you allways made me running all way back to Rift just to answer your questions when i was unsure about balance.

Hail to all you paladins there. Was hard to say no to you when you've been asking me for shields or aid to slay some dragon.

TRIBUNAL: never interacted with any of you

SYLVAN: the bloodthirsty bunch...

Sadrien: been adventuring with you some, before i became a Seeker, i bet you did not like that change... And thank you for that cube !

Illvenristo: what can i say... to be sincere all these times you called me a friend i was thinking about killing you. (did not have guts to do it?) really, you sneaky arrogant elf, who begs others for things or help to slay something big for you. you will not give that up, will you ? :)

Kareza: hey, sometimes you see too much ! good work on dumb felar though, don't get stuck with your role too much ;)

BARONS: just two of them

Nazgauga: cute orc !

Nedrio: See, i did not live that long cousin! We started getting along too late...

Sorry again all these i forgot. will be happy you hear your angry voices here, yelling at me!

farewell friends, and hello again !
2379, hehe

.,

you were cool.

never really had to fight you though, atleast not what I can recall. though counterspell pretty much messes up invokers.

also, I guess it'd be a good thing if you could implement some thing that would make the nexites able to check the balance while they're out running.

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

come back don't leave me by myself! Who am I suposed to tickle now! You were suposed tio help hero me too and how am i suposed to slaughter invokers without shields hmm hmm. Well had a good time with you. You were one of the best seekers I have seen, not the best in a pkay but you were always around and trying to help, especialy helping me. And maybe someday i might even advance but a large percentage of not to smart people seem to have worked their way into my grouping spectrum. Make a warrior or conjurer or someone so I am not alone!
2378, you'll be missed. but *hehe*

I actually travelled with you as a couple of now dead characters, and enjoyed it a lot with both. You struck me as one of a few characters who seemed to get on well with both evil and good alike.

A shame one of your last acts was to shield Terenvil. He got away from me first time because of my tactical blunder, and when I tried to get things right second time round I found you'd shielded him. Bah. Hero shields are impossible for me to dispel.

(Still not yet managed to slaughter me yet Terenvil. But after today's mistake you probably know I'll kill myself given half a chance, so it's not worth the effort.)

>to do it?)

YOu couldn't! :P Allthought for some reason
I sensed something strange in the dragon tower
I thought you would go for it.

>really, you
>sneaky arrogant elf,

Is there any other way to be as an elf?
We are the master race!

>who begs
>others for things or help
>to slay something big for
>you. you will not give
>that up, will you ?
>:)

You try killing something as an arcane.
Hell, I tried to do the emerald pendant
quest at level 48 or so, I got my ASS KICKED
by those stupid miners and guards.. Never
finished that one. I couldn't kill a level 50 mob
to save my life prolly.. If I did, it would take
a really really long time. And alot of resources.
People on the other hand.....Don't have 18000 hp's.

Well done, I enjoyed your character overall.. One of the
few seekers that was ever around... YOu will be missed..
See you in the fields..

You had courage, always coming to defend, when you realized there was basically nothing you could do against me, and raiding against ugly odds. Always good to see someone go out with a CON death, means they weren't afraid of a fight.
