21886, It's taken me a long time to reply, I know.

I was more impressed with your RP than with anyone I'd seen in a long, long time. We only had two interactions (interviews) but both times you put me to shame. If you RPed like that all the time, you kick ass.

21902, Boy it was you eh?

Its good to know your still kicking buddy. I did my best to give good interviews after Drahkul showed me such quality roleplay in my induction. I was playing hell trying to understand you so I thought I would approach it from a differing angle and try to get the feel of the character from what could not be said. I am glad you enjoyed it and its good to hear your still about Warborf.
Your old foe, Karnavex

Again like Zybrandhai I spent alot of time wondering were you went because when I first appointed you, you were about alot. You will be missed either way, and I am sure you thought the same of me being missing... I hope you come back I really liked the way you worked with other villagers, and your a good warrior... Hrm, I think that's a book or something. First time at the site since I deleted, and I find you dead. I recall you were one of those fun ragers that weren't just ALL smash'ums. Loved our skirmishes and chats. Nice to find myself remembered fondly though. And your analysis of my char, pretty much on the dot of how I was playin' it. Ah well, hope all your future characters are as good as I saw this one t' be. *wave*

21644, Been fun...
Posted by Urgarg on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Well guys I thought I had a good run for a character I rolled up to try a few lagacies and see if I could make a decent villager for once. I found my time in the village a great learning experience for someone who loves his preps and had to relearn all the odd backtrails to get from place to place. The early years were a hellish challenge with the village empty most times and later a ton of us about and no foes. It seemed scion was growing stronger as I deleted and I wish them luck. It would be good for both sides to have a good challenge. It didn't take long to see why so many players keep comming back to battle for there really is a sense of camaraderie amongst the villagers thats hard to find in many other cabals. Thanks to everyone who made Urgarg fun to play. I have a few to say farewell to and I am sure to forget many as at an hour or so a day 3-4 days a week his lifetime spanned quite a long time.
Jumalde - You were the foe that defined Urgarg in his later life. We ended three deaths to two and I felt lucky to get those. You brought the fight on every occasion be it alone or in numbers and each time I knew I was in for a hell of a battle. I hated seeing you disappear at the end but we all wane in intrest sooner or later. Luck to you and thanks for the good times.
Boigeran - Between you and short stuff I took an ass of pincers in my time. I expected you to get Lord elder when Jum faded but the cabal came to a close. The first time you dropped dual DEVS on me with resist and a non vuln weapon I knew from then on you would give me a great test each time.
Munro - You were a pain because you seemed to seemed to improve as time went and came to understand fully how to play the class. I was able to retrieve solo against a few of the others but did a great job running me off most times. Big ego but you backed it up.
Cassougi - In char I had no problem with you but ooc I just couldnt get how you managed to keep hanging with the nexuns. I'll leave all the bs out of this but I still dont get it. In char you were a good test of skills with your set up and legacies. I felt our fights were on even terms and I learned a good lesson from the last time we fought and I finally took a righteous ass-whipping.
Nampnotable - I think we only fought a few times but I'll remember you most for the verbal sparring we did. Well played from what I saw and I regreat we didn't get a chance to interact more on equal terms earlier.
Chasillia - Thanks for the fights and the talks. You were always willing to set me on fire or try to drown me one-on-one. I loved your attitude and you reminded me of a playful herald who just wanted to brawl once and a while. I hope you managed to learn the class better and the abilities you had at hand because you seemed to test something new out each time we fought.
Ilrahsek - I always favored scions and I felt for you all the times you had it alone or near alone less for Ghuljun. Your roleplay was top notch and you beat the #### out of me each time I tested the ram. Thanks for the good fights and talks.
Ghuljun - Our interactions were limited but I had a ton of respect for you. Many liked to belittle your deathfulness but I think few would have known your success with your self-imposed limitations. Well played from what I saw and I hated comming so close to nabbing you on a few occasions just to see you prove yourself a survivalist each time.
Drahkul - I hated seeing you go. I learned a ton from you and never felt like Urgarg measured up to what you said you expected from him. The best thing I learned was your overall interview style and I tried to emulate it for the most part as I did my own interviews. I never stopped refering to you in one manner or the other even up to when I deleted, you left a good impression Mander.
Ezrail - What the hell were you thinking with a felar ranger in battle eh? No ranger staff, no giant resist, no dualing big axes... You picked a horrid combo and played it to the fullest. We knew each other from I think lvl 8 and you did a damned fine job. Balls to the wall and no fear even when you should have had some. Later bro and I hope we get a chance to interact again soon in some form or another.
Feolin - The village really lost something when you left. We suffered the hard times together and along with Kugnar and Koide you made up the heart of village during our hardest times. Your roleplay was as solid as your skill and both I missed as I had come to depend both when I was on. Good showing in the rites and I knew you would target me with your sorry duergar ass. I figured you would have came out of those tests with a leadership position for sure. You almost got me drinking at the end.
Kugnar - Man you had it tough. At first I thought you were taking the beatings for lack of skill, but I later came to know it was just you roleplaying a stubborn ass dwarf who refused to back down. Great roleplay and you were one of the chars that made me want to show up.
Theaus - Svirf, thief, defender. Man you took it for the team on so many occasions. I'll never forget the times you waited patiently as I would be driven off only to steal the head back from the victors, that was always rich. You took your deaths with a light heart and helped distract me from our misfortunes. Thanks lil man.
Huren - I thought for sure you would be the one taking over the mantle of the village from us old timers. You had good roleplay, and I could tell the player behind the char was rather skilled. We did not get to interact a ton because of playtimes but I was suprised when you deleted. I love it when someone takes an odd combo and makes it work like you did.
Koide - Everything fun I thought a village should be. You never seemed to care about dying and just loved to brawl. If you could remember to put up resist then I swear you would have lived twice as long.
Legedri - Great showing at the rites and hate you deleted. I thought you were skilled but felt the lack of foes was starting to get to you. Thanks for saving my ass on more than one occasion.
Joushin - You reminded me why I never wish to play an Honor char. What a pain that must have been to do but you roleplayed it well. I figured a human staff spec would not fare well but more than once I saw you send groups running. Hated to see you fade away.
Zylundak - Good job darktears. You managed to outlive me somehow. We seemed to have a good relationship on leadership even though you were never the talkative sort. Good showing at the rites and you always seemed to set a good example to the rest of us when you were about.
Zhelrantix - It's yours bro if you want it. I hope all our interactions payed off and I think you know how I felt about where I wished them to take you. Do a good job "Bear" and lead em right.
Slathigern - Master the second spec and it will do you well. Grumpy little svirf but your healing served us well in so many occasions. I hope you get general.
Sabiene - The only Imm I had any lengthy interactions with. Thanks for your encouragement and the talks. I think you are good for the village and one of the more personable Imms I have met. Luck to advancing.
If I forgot anybody forgive me for as I said it was a long life. Thanks again to all who made the char fun. As with everyone there were some things to bitch about but no need to bring up minor stuff that paled to the good times. See you all in the fields.

21645, I really enjoyed that one assassination I got on you...
Posted by Quezzumpliet on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
... because you were a real tough cookie and I knew it would always be a hard fight whenever you were around. Sometimes I got the better of you, sometimes you got the better of me. At least it was never one of those situations where it was hopeless for either, those are never enjoyable. I think you could have been around a little more consistently but other than that minor quibble I thought highly of your character.

We fought five times and each time was even save the last. My memory is foggy at times but I think it was two or three of us and a good force of you guys preping one east of the D. I knew it looked bad with who was in the opposition so I decided to dash and pull Jumalde. A lower level villager had said you were hidden and stalking but I decided to take a chance it wasn't me. I dashed in and promptly fell on my face, taking a dagger in the back for my troubles. I think you Immed that night or the next and I remembered thinking I was probably your last kill. Good luck Quezz.

One of our last fights you got me down to 1 hp, at least I think it was you, either you or Zylundak. Being a villager is hard and from what I saw you did a good job.

Well man, you really hung in there and did a bang up job. I wish I could have hung around longer, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. For what it is worth, a lot of times I'd log on just in hopes that you'd be around or come around while I was on. You really were a great bud, from the beginning. I really enjoyed the contrast we had and how we still managed to be so close. You really were one of Feolin's best friends. Anyways, good job on the leadership, I continued to see you around (after Feolin was no more) and I really liked that sence of commitment to Battle. Luck on the next and all that jazz. :+

21657, Always liked Urgarg.
Posted by Legedri on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
From the beginning I knew you were going to get a leadership position of some kind. I remember in my interview when you tooled me. I remember I was beatin you in the rites, but when I kicked you I brought Grogrim into the fight and got beat down real quick like. Then we fought again and you got the better of me, tho if it had been to the death you never know. Was a great char and fun to fight/die with.
Legedri/Jafel
P.S. I think I still have a log of the rites from my side if you are interested in seeing it.

Yeah, It WAS rough. I died a ####load of times, but 95% of them was to massive nexan gangbangs. Scouts have it rough when fighting warriors, but I was the man vs invokers. You always kept me from deleting after a particularly bad ass-raping, thanks.

Totally respected you man, never knew who was gonna win, and had a lot of fun because of it, some transmuters never seem to learn there is more to winning than c 'disrupt bone' repeat ad nauseum. you were fun to play against and yell at each other back and forth with, best of luck on your next, i would say see you in the fields, but i have a new addiction and havent played in well, when did i delete Munro?
