2160, my two cents about you
Posted by jasmin on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
well I must admit I am humbled by the sheer amount of time that you were alive. I knew you in several incarnations of my own, and I must admit that you always treated me fairly and justly. (even though I broke the laws more than a few times) I hope you come back in another form that I can interact with, good luck in the future.

Sorry to disappoint you but tribunal will survive without me. The whole cabal does not revolve around one character. There were times I wouldn't log on for a few days and guess what the Blood Tribunal was still there when I came back. Imagine that.:) Any way I take what you said a a compliment...thank you.

You were the best Blood tribunal but not with all the arbitrers and the oldest though...you were not very strict and anyone could enter or almost everyone, when I was a newb, you asked me a place, it was not the right answer but because I was close enough, I entered! Just that little bad thing but you still beat all of them (Zieth was near you though)

Well...hate to say it, but all my char's HATED ya...the rangers disliked the tribunal in general, and to them, you epidomised the tribunal, and the thieves...more or less the same. but, ooc, you were incredible. *L* Can't believe you lasted that long...and I think my opinion is, you should have age-died...*L* but, hey, how could you know. I look forward to seeing your next char...not that many could dedicate to the char like you did...
PS-sorry...was in on that raid where you ended up falling for the last time...

I did not think you would do it so early. I knew you were getting tired of getting killed by everyone for whatever reason it might have been. Who is going to lead the tribunal now? You dont have too many heroes and even less capable ones.
You were great I think. We spent a lot of time talking, discussing issues...such as the you know what :) Sorry i was not around more often to help you out. You made a great leader I think. Nice and compassionate but also cold and unyelding when you had to be.
The most memorable times are the ones when we spent IC days, discussing cabal politics and relations to other cabals up in the spire. Weyum was really concerned about your health and well being, he took a great liking to fellicitinia.
So many secrets we knew and shared *wink*! Well I think you are one of the most memorable characters in CF, almost everyone knows who fellicitinia is, or was...
be well :)

Early? 829 hours! She likely would have age-died that night if she stayed logged on long enough. Give a gnome a break there, Weyum. :)

2169, so close
Posted by nepenthe on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
I have to say that while I didn't really know Fell, I was disappointed to see her delete because she was so close to age death, and on an active cabal leader especially I think getting to go out that way is a real badge of pride.
On behalf of the writers of every bad cop movie ever made: Damn it! That Magistrate was just one day from retirement!

I admired you much, but sometime I thought you were a real witch. But you hung in there and helped me. I didnt even get an IC good-bye. Well I suppose it was all for the best. I believe we are left with 1 or 2 heros now. Well life goes on. Good Luck with the next character.:)

I think we only really tangled once, and the outcome was my death. I underestimated your ability as a gnome warrior (I had one sub-30s and couldn't stand 'vuln bash'). We probably would have had more interactions had I not (as a character) lost complete respect for all Tribunals. I was attacked in Galadon once with a tribunal standing in the same room, and he didn't flag the other guys. So I guess as a character, Tahren really wouldn't have given a damn about what you had to say. A shame, really...anyone who is so dedicated to a character is bound to be enjoyable to interact with.
On that note, I commend you for sticking it out as long as you did. I had an arbiter long ago who I slowly stopped playing around level 30. Every day I played, it was harder and harder to actually log on...all the complaining, the lying, the bitching and moaning (ic and ooc), the cuss-outs...it just started to get "not fun." I probably deleted at 100 hours. But to sit through all that, PLUS interview and lead the cabal....AND live for 800+ hours...that's impressive.
Kudos, two thumbs up, and gold star on your homework.

2172, Bloody Hell!
Posted by Gharith (Guest) on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
I suppose the tedious life gets to every one. It really, really sucked when those warders multikilled you and took all your gear every time. That was mostly my fault, as I'm really the only 'defiler' in the entire spire. They just couldn't wait until I reached spectre to try their luck.
Fellicitinia, you brought wisdom to the spire. Well done. Although I have to wonder how people like Kinas got past interview. ;-)
See ya in the Fields, if you make another character. Which you should.
Gharith
P.S. As you know, I had big, big, plans for the Spire. All of them kind of required you to be alive. *mutter*

Wow! How do i say my goodbyes? Where to start there are so many. Bria you were great and that dosen't begin to cover it. Astein what can I say you were a jerk *winks* but then you always are stay that way tribunals need that. You both gave me a chance to lead tribunal and I tryed to kep it from getting corrupt. Made some mistakes along the way but with anything new I think that will happen. Gormarn you helped me so much. Keeping the criminals from completly taking over. I sure hope you mke another tribunal soon. Mundananthor you've been gone for a while but when I was the new Provincial you helped me re-equip. I never did quit dieing and having to re-equip. I really need to learn to get back to my corpse quicker. Trillox? You still around any where? I know I am going to gorget so many Olmnus, my ic husband, sorry to desert you. There are so many young tribunals right now but there are two that are very promissing we will have to wait and see. Zieth when you deleted i think part of me wanted to then too. You were the one I counted on for advice or just to listen. But I unserstood why you had to go.
Sylvan's I hated you all except Paelnor. We were friend's before all the raiding started. Illvenristro you were determined to con kill me you wouldn't let me die old age would you?
Scions hmmm none that are really memorable. Tryed to keep the peace between us basically. If someone complained I would check it out.
Dawn Maran Warlocks with the exception of an occasional maran you guys pretty much left me in peace.
Nexus never gave me any trouble. Why would they I was a gnome.
Battle hmmm you guys are still around. I think in all the hours I played fell you killed her once. The only one I really remember by name is Armand. We used to sit in the Warriors Bar and talk. Sometimes we would trade a piece of eq. I wouls run off after a criminal and you would be gone when I came back.
I think that's it. I am sorry for the ones I forgot. Please don't hate me. I did more with this character then i ever imagined I would do. Started because "someone" said I couldn't hero a gnome warrior. Sword spec to boot. You know who you are so i won't mention yur name :) Not sure if i should thank you or curse you.
I am sure I will be around. Think I will take a break from tribunals though.

2182, What can be said?
Posted by Paelnor on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
We had good times, and we had bad. I think from the time we met, we both knew we were on opposite sides of the coin. And I told you ahead of time that there was a storm coming, and asked if you'd stand up to it, or if you'd fear it. Sorry about abusing you during that last raid, though. Not only didn't I want you to die there, I didn't especially feel like dying there. So abusing Fellicitinia's trust, I told you to make sure you trusted me, and I worded you fast when you walked in. That was a -very- confusing raid, and a handful of us died. It really sucks now that all the hero tribunals have deleted. Fighting a completely onesided war is going to get old. The new guy should start inducting random heroes and having them fight :P. As for good times, we had our chats, our walk in the wilds, and our never-had tea party. I never gave you the respect I gave Gormarn, but that was purely ic and I think you understood that. Zieth was trying to save you, I was trying to save you, even Saldradien almost was trying to save you. In the end, it didn't matter. If Illvenristo killed you as many times today as you said, I think it's just pathetic. But I think you knew what it was to die. You always came back. Oh, and for heroing a gnome warrior, I commend you. It must have been insane. I was hoping to see you age die, but that's life. I suspected it was growing rather tiresome for you. I hope your next character will bring you as much joy as I know Fellicitinia once did. -Paelnor, who thinks he's the oldest warder still around...right?

I'll keep this one short. I think it's a real shame that you couldn't find it in you to stay longer, but as it has been said, it must have been getting tedious to fight the same battles day after day. There were some tough people to deal with... I know because I generally got spammed out with the yells :P
You gave this character and her role all you had to give, and pretty much dished out as good as you got. You bounced back so well on numerous occasions, it's saddening to see you go.
Good luck with the next char, and maybe we'll meet on the fields again

The bachelor auction. I was waiting for Bria to snuggle me and Uller to smite me that night. Short answer was no, Long answer was loooooonnng. Then it all went to hell when Olmnus came back with a new ring for you. To the nexite I offended the hell out of, sorry, but it was something that had to be tried. Know how many gnome/svirf characters I got to meet just because I said I'd make people dress up in little suits and dance around until you found one you liked? That was a hell of a night. Just thought I'd remind you of that in case you'd forgotten.
-Paelnor, oldest warder around.

That was the nicest and the funniest thing anyone tryed to do for me as a character. I did have someone from the inn make me some tea and I carried it around for ages but after that it seemed you were always marked so... There were so many times we talked and you always asked me to remove the flag and I always said the same thing. There is only one way but you never wanted to die so we remained long distant "friends" You did help Fell understand Sylvan's a bit better. I thank you for that

What can I say ? I'm going to take my time over this one and have a cup of tea while I do it. Firstly I know you had your ups and downs, but you really were a phenomenal influence on the cabal, Your pking skill is not as limited as it would seem I'd expected a lower ratio and thats just from a gnome warrior :P Let alone a Gnome warrior without any back up. Its tough to be on as much as you were. 850 hours thats a long time to play such a hard role. I used to wish the Imms would have given you something, perhaps they didnt see you as stellar but you were there, you put in the hours you put up with ooc ##### and Ic #####. I was trully amazed when you'd get ganked and just soldier on and bounce back, If I was playing this character I'd of deleted sub 20 but you know what I'm like. You stood up to bad odds, with a wave of criminal activities, to begin with there was the scion nasty ness, Ragers and Marans are always a problem. Remember Talnic running around town ? Dariana another tough cookie to deal with, and finally the Sylvans seems like everyone wants a bite at the Tribs eh? And here you are bravely facing the odds, Bravely facing the Interviews (some applicants are nightmares, but with the official word from bria you got to do your best eh?). The complaints must of been some of the worst things that hacked you off. People need to see that being a Provincial Magistrate is all about making sure the magistrates run smoothly and not about hunting out of town. The level of your administration was superb. I am sad that I did not come back in time to aid you more :P I'm also a little disheartened that my words did not have more effect on you I.C. and that you did not stay a little longer. But as a Character, I salute Fellicitinia for her resiliance and her ability to bounce back. And I salute you Carole for your stamina, and efforts you put into the cabal and making it worthwhile to play, not just for me but for everyone else.
cheers. Asa.

Thanks for Remembering me! Armand really had no interest in ever killing you...even when he was flagged.. he would just walk right past you and you would'nt interfere.. that was fine by Armand. He had no fears of attacking mages right in front of you. Which isn't a good reputation for a tribunal.. but Armand liked your character... hehe..
We had a little inside joke going on for a while that was refreshing in the constant fighting that a villager has to commit to. The 'I didn't do it' plea.. I thought it was hysterical the way you would always come back to that. Good luck in the next and I hope you can commit to the next char like you did to this one! Have fun! See you in the fields.

I had forgotten that in all the mayhem. The first time I ever marked you, that was what you said :) But all the criminals are "not guilty". The thing is it was kind of an inside joke with Armand and Fellicitinia. You were one of the many chracters that made Fell fun to play. Take care and see you in the fields

I'm sad I wasn't there to stand by your side in the final hour. I really don't think you appreciated jsut what you meant to the Spire, and even though people IC berated you Riatsila had the greatest respect for you. Killing criminals is only part of the battle you were a great administrator and you always took time to screen applicants as best you could (even though the odd rogue would slip by). Thanks for going to bat for Riatsila about induction, this char was created with a complex internal struggle between his Lawful and destructive natures. I hope he hasn't dissapointed. I understand the uphill battle it must have been to keep in the fray the way you did and I would have requiped you as many times as it took to keep you there. But your time is your time, and I'm glad you had fun.

I had a lot of respect for you as well. Especially when you got tossed and still continued to help tribunal as much as you could. I prayed to Bria for a long time after I asked you if I could plead your case and you agreed that i could. I finally gave up and re-inducted you which I knew I would get me in some hot water :) You were worth it. It wasn't the equipping, I have been through so much equipment, sometimes I think everyone wanted me to go around naked. Give me two swords I can dual wield and I will do the best I can. Any way I expect great things from you :) Take care and see you in the fields!

I remember two things about Fellicitinia. One was from when I was Niamh, and had to continually beat down the transmuter guild guard as part of a quest. You always came and manacled me, then let your guards dutifully beat on me despite the fact they could never hit me. Man did I hate manacles + guildguard's slow + guildguard's earthbind.
The second was from when I was Cyhiraeth, and at one point killed Olmnus with a pre-Hero Hejduk while the former was ranking in Aridhol. You demanded to know why I had slain your husband. Sorry I wasn't more polite. :)
Just have to say, good job.
