Did any other empire actually attack you in a protected city?

The whole anathema spire thing is really dumb.

I attacked you in Vorolia and kept the flag for 1 week to try to kill you. Given the completely 1 sidedness of our match up you avoided a fight at all costs. So after the week I gave up the flag and never bothered to attack you or the spire guardians again.

I think this dynamic is broken.
No empire wants to attack an anathema magistrate because becoming a criminal on an empire is all downside. Can't buy from shops, every guard attacks, it messes up civility roleplay and no benefit, you still can't pk people in town as it violates imperial law. However, not attacking anathema is a violation of imperial law!

Furthermore, my attempt to threaten the spire to boot you was a waste of time. Because all they did was avoid me, standing with me in market square without guards and I can't attack them until they attack me. So I have no leverage at all as I was rarely attacked by tribunal as a criminal.

Either Tribunal need to not allow in anathema

Or change imperial law, either drop the must attack anathema on sight OR allow all magistrates to be attacked in town when they have a anathema in their ranks, ie to allow a war against the Spire.

This character really forced you into an RP situation huh?

You could have made war with the Tribunal, and considered being warranted as attacking you for following the supreme imperial law. I know I prefer warring with Spire as Empire personally, because it's just fitting as an imperial, ESPECIALLY when there is an Anathema magistrate. Of course I can see how manacles and guards and all that might tilt your odds unfavorably.

You were one of my favorite characters in the game, period. I will miss you asking me to turn myself in, and the resulting conversations. Damn you.

You stinker! I really had a hard time reading you. Every time I’d write you off as just saying what Ilise wanted to hear, then later I’d think well maybe I should push harder? But hell Ilise had enough junk she was dealing with.

You were impressive with those poisons, and did a great job persevering and keeping people guessing.

You were the sinister shadow. Poison is a nutbuster sometimes, and you did quite well with those few occasions I got hit with them. I despise confusion...

I'm surprised to see you go so young but I suppose you likely fought a good handful of Shaman and maybe some age stuff. Anyway, classy enemy, so, GLWYN
