I had to hang out all double XP weekend, but I was able to get a kill with a low damage low lagging class... It was the fourth fight I found. It is still totally doable.

As a side note, I do not consider myself a great pker by any means.
137152, It's luck of the draw.

I went 3 weeks waiting for a mage to be in PK to get my last mage kill. The PK requirements still really have no place in today's CF.

Maybe if we were averaging over 30 players online but eh.

Basically the way it is now just encourages alts and OOC range checking.

I still think a good solution would be a veil based sacrifice of either very powerful magic to trigger Tahren and remove the requirement for completely for Squire. You're a Squire, you're there to learn how to kill. It doesn't really make sense to be required to already know how to wage war and kill evil to be granted the right to come in and learn how to wage war and kill evil. If you want to make a kill requirement to get Maran and bypass Squire we can have that conversation.

Do you assign aliases to the keypad? If not, it might help with your situation. That way, you can chase and attack with a few options using one hand as you don't have to hit enter to send the command.

8 = north, 2 = south, etc.
7 = up
1 = down

5 = trip @target
+ = flee;quaff return
/ = blackjack @target
* = dirt @target

You get he idea.
