134441, So sad to see this

I really liked your roleplay and thought you were doing good.

I have been around a long time and it has always been that way for some people. I have learned to accept it and still have fun. Usually once the first person gives it back to them and full loots them, that ass will up and quit.

Anyway wish you had stuck it out.

GLYWN.

I watched the tribunal necro who starts with a D full loot a village applicant warrior. There is no call for that other than to grief. I helped him regear for it.

Another day this same necro sleeps me, evasion ensues... end result he summoned me into halfling forest (semi-maze). I note that immediately on every tick he puts me back to sleep. Seemed to be triggered off the damage message on the tick. Fine, I accepted that I died... Finally find my corpse in the maze and go to get a container as he took my preps and some other items. No big deal, that happens. I went to Mortorn to get a chest and as I come out of Mortorn (where I just unghosted) he walks in and instant sleeps... spelled up, summon to closed room, same trigger inclinations at every tick, and killed again. Standard necro tactic but to what end? Not letting someone you just killed recover and killing again for pk #s is toxic flat out.

So I move on from an attempted return. Yes, Matrik, I'm sorry I got killed in a PK mud. This is just not my game anymore.

Peace out.
134433, I've had similar experiences with a few different people recently.(N/T)

I have a trigger to analyse my corpse and if any items are missing it will recall and delete;delete.

I found it strange that Tutankhamun wasn’t pulled up on a naming violation.

It might be translation going wrong, bit are you saying that you have a trigger so of *anything* is looted you delete? That's insane.
134481, He's being sarcastic...

I have a better method anyway. I play CF hardcore master-mode. I have a trigger that deletes my char if I die. I never have to worry about looting.

Definitely trigger use. Sucks.

In my case it was years ago. Probably same player though.

Pity to see this, we fought a bit through the ranks and I always admired your approach of not backing down.

For what its worth:
If you get slept you will remain asleep for the duration of the spell Poison, Plague, Crimson damage and probably a few more wont wake you from sleep. I think the only caveat to this is if you are really hurt (Maybe below 50%) then the damage will wake you up.

So its likely they were simply running out of mana and then trying to finish off on the tick.

As an outlander this can be rough as the simplest form of escape teleport potions are a dim a dozen if you have sweet sweet gold. But there are options out there.

There is at least one necromancer player who triggers sleep off the damage you take on the rock, so they when you are below 50 percent Jess slept you again before you can wake and quaff.

For some reason once slept the first time it worked every time even through decent saves.

Normally I have no issues with necros sleeping me.

I think if you were non-caballed, then it would have been unfair.
But a necro tribunal vs good align outlander, it's totally fair game. Your mistake was that you assumed a period of ceasefire.

Change your attitude.
When my current char was low level, I was being harassed by a thief with good gear, constantly knifing me. I seemed to lose every fight and would have to quaff return (though I would not die, they not as lethal as a necro). He would literally log on and run straight to me somehow. This went on for 5 days in a row and ruined each group I tried to form.

Instead of giving up, I setup a trap, got a giant merc and waited in a room that you have to crawl in to. He came in, I rescued and he could not flee. Took all his gear and never saw him again.

Disagree.

It's a pathetic move and is multikilling. Especially as a necro since you can detect the location of ghosts.

That's if it is just to get another kill or to grief. If he missed seeing that choice piece of gear he was after then that could arguably justify it.

I was just looking over the forums for info on currently active Imms as I was considering rolling up an empowerment class and making a comeback.

This reminds me of one of the reasons that I haven't come back. I'll need to reconsider my return. Granted, this is just one factor among many...it is still something to consider.

Thanks for posting!

japhire, trunkarra and a bunch of other outlanders are constantly multikilling jeremaicia and luqcioqos

I like how you delete when the shoe is on the other foot

Well you can, but then you are nothing but a douche yourself.

They are classy enough. Them dying a lot doesn’t equal “multi killing.”

Most of the toxic players seem to congregate at the sub-hero range where they can levelsit without reprisal from the heroes.

Once you get past the 30s bump things should be much better.
134429, That's disappointing.

You were sharp, good conversations. Sorry it didn't work out.
