You seemed new and appeared to have learned a lot. My only advice is "slow down a bit", breathe in the environment, look around. That said arials are supposed to be impatient, so it sort of fit!

Pssht, and here I was going to push Odinets in an Ishuli styled fashion to collect knowledge in general.

If you were learning the MUD, you did a pretty darn good job for a character.
