When you are awake at 3am in the morning looking at source material thats an 8000 year old? Summerian/Babylonian spell book, you have 15 browser tabs open as you consider what could/could not be a pit fiend and you read about potential histories of various circles and ####. The balance of items, and difficulty really stands the test of time man, good areas :D
