Ahh well, the only times we ever saw each other I had link problems, or you had link problems... I think we were destined to never really ever get the chance to interact for more than 10-15 minutes. At any rate, it's too bad you ran out of steam, and I'll see you in the next life!
Hazkal Khrum A' Zhuf or, as one of your other chars might know, Kelron the Altruistic Soul, Servant of the Dawn, Shambler Fighter
PS you still owe me dinner! =P

12874, Lord Danellaran
Posted by Lysrieal on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Lord Danellaran says 'Do I know you?'
Lysrieal blinks her graceful eyes for a few moments.
You say 'It the Maiden, Lysrieal dear.'
Lord Danellaran shakes his head.
Lord Danellaran says 'Does not ring a bell. Who are you?'
Lord Danellaran looks at you suspiciously.
You say 'You told the Maiden to come for you would speak to the elders.'
Lord Danellaran says 'Ahh.'
Lord Danellaran says 'Yes, I recall.'
The door opens
An immaculately dressed elven palace guard holds her post here. (White Aura) The elven lord captain of the guards stands here, looking for something.
Lord Danellaran says 'The maid that wished to speak of rebuiling the eh...settlement, wasn't it?'
You say 'Indeed.'
Lysrieal raises her eyebrows a bit and her eyes open tenderly as she gives a graceful smile.
Lord Danellaran says 'Ahh...eh...yes. I'm afraid I've yet to gather the elders in concern of this matter.'
Lord Danellaran says 'They are...very busy, you see.'
You say 'The Maiden can understand such dear.' Lord Danellaran says 'I...apologize.'
You say 'If you could help the Maiden out by appointing an idea as to when you might have spoken to them might assist the Maiden.'
You say 'As I wish not to disturb you at work at times you have not yet spoken to them.'
Lord Danellaran says 'I am unsure, I'm afraid.'
Lord Danellaran says 'The elders are fickle.'
Lord Danellaran says 'I'm sorry. I wish I could tell you more.'
You say 'That is fine dear.'
You are hungry.
You are carrying:
( 2) Kal'Fury, flail of the Hunt a metal canteen insulated in a wolf's pelt a light gray leather backpack
You get a haunch of dried warg from a light gray leather backpack.
You get a haunch of dried warg from a light gray leather backpack.
Lord Danellaran says 'I've not forgotten your request. Rest assured.'
You eat a haunch of dried warg.
You are full
You give a haunch of dried warg to Lord Danellaran.
Lord Danellaran sniffs at the air curiously.
Lord Danellaran nibbles at the haunch.
Lysrieal raises her eyesbrows for a moment, her elegent eyes growing in size.
Lord Danellaran says 'This is good. What is it?'
You say 'dried warg dear.'
Lord Danellaran says '... Warg?'
Lord Danellaran looks down uneasily.
You chuckle politely.
Lord Danellaran says 'Ah...Yes...'
Simyar tells you 'Dwoggurd raids the grove, he is hit by bees' You feel the surge of Light from Simyar.
Simyar tells you 'he is writhing, and can't heal' You feel the surge of Light from Simyar.
You tell someone 'The Maiden cannot come now I fear.'
Lord Danellaran says 'Now, excuse my shortness, but I must return to my reading, if you're done with me?'
You say 'Indeed, be well dear.'

12873, Talk with Bria
Posted by Lysrieal on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
(Wizi) The Goddess of Love and Mercy is here, treating you with the Justice you deserve.
You say 'Aaye, Lady.'
Lysrieal lowers herself before the Goddess, the rose put before her heart.
Bria says 'A pleasure to meet you young one.'
You say 'The Maiden wishes had more to offer to the Lady, but after leaving the guild, not much is on the Maiden.'
Bria says 'You need not offer things, that is not my way.'
Lysrieal lowers a hood made of flowers, revealing herself fully.
Lysrieal nods, her hair falling over her face
Lysrieal brushes her hair back behind her elven ears.
You whisper 'Indeed dear.'
You say 'Flawless is your beauty, Jelare spoke much of truth.'
Bria smiles happily.
Bria says 'Such is the way of our kind.'
Bria says 'I am not clear as to what it is you seek from me.'
You say 'The Maiden comes from the church of the Amaria, one that could be said to be close in your faith. However, it lies in ashes, along with the city.'
You say 'The fires destroyed much.'
You say 'However, in the place of the church, a flower still stands.'
You say 'The flower being our faith, in Alaryion. '
Bria says 'A place may burn but that does not destroy the faith.'
You say 'Such is most indeed true.'
Bria says 'A building or such only is a place to gather, a clearing will do as well, if not better.'
Bria lets a small smile cross her lips.
You say 'Much of my kin was lost within the fires.'
You say 'The Maiden was one of the only to survive, Kylarieal did as well.'
Bria says 'That is tragic, it is always a sad thing to hear.'
You say 'I was the first Maiden of Alaryion, female leader to govern the city.'
You say 'Events started from the deceit of my only brother, to the fires which brought the downfall.'
Lysrieal brushes her hair back behind her elven ears.
Lysrieal dampens her lips with her toungue, refreshing them from the dryness.
Bria says 'A difficult life to live.'
You say 'This was long ago to this day, but the memories flash everday before the Maiden's eyes.'
You say 'The Maiden sought assistance from Darsylon, for the rebuilding.'
You say 'Help, rather.'
You say 'However, each time, due to many visits, the word is unclear. The maiden has begun to believe they are gently declining due to the cost.'
Bria says 'What you seek would be a heavy burden for them.'
You say 'Indeed.'
You say 'The Maiden understands such, but stands strong to do what the task takes.'
Bria tells you 'I am going to be honest with you as my time grows short, and I don't want to be confusing.'
Bria tells you 'Are you asking about you immorting or is this an ic thing to do with your role.'
You tell Bria 'that note was sent a long time ago, i am simply trying to find refuge under your faith and protection. As the flowers are greatfully feed by the caring of your hummingbirds.'
You say 'Love is strong tie between the churches.'
Bria says 'I will speak to those of our race for there are many who might find your cause worthy, as I do, and might give aid but are not of Darsylon'
You say 'Indeed Lady.'
You say 'The Maiden can continue strong in the efforts to tie them in as well, if you wish.
You say 'Indeed, for such the Maiden is greatful.'
It starts to rain.
Lysrieal gives a graceful smile, as the rains fall from the sky.
You say 'Forgiveness falls, cleansing.'
Bria says 'Seek me again once I have had some time to speak with others, so we may speak again.'
You say 'Indeed, Layd.'
You say 'Lady, rather'
Bria smiles happily.
You say 'The Amaria will be delighted in your assistance.'
Bria smiles happily.
Lysrieal raises to her feet.
Bria says 'Be well my child.'

Bria says 'I will send word to the king once more.'
Bria says 'I fear it may never happen, for the king to have ignored me shows a great sign of his disinterest.
Bria says 'No, I did not take it as such, only ensuring that you realised your dream my not come true in your life time.'

12872, Calradian wishes to speak with me
Posted by Lysrieal on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Calradian says 'In the haven, we have many willing souls, attempting their best at aiding our cause...'
You say 'I have seen thus.'
Calradian says 'But none have displayed the same worth of character as you have.'
Zrellinjefar: Farewell
You raise an eyebrow at the notion.
the Ancient Knight: Farewell, Zrellinjefar, we will uphold the Faith until you return.
Calradian says 'I want you to know, that I am supporting you as the next apostle of the dawn.'
Calradian raises his eyes to you slowly.
Calradian says 'Tis not my decision in total, you must understand. '
You say 'I understand dear.'
Calradian says 'The only concern that has been brought, is that your duties in your homeland draw you away so often.
You say 'But the Maiden is not fighting for the position, time shall see what will happen and how the flower will grow.'
Calradian says 'That is the exact reason you are best fit for the position.'
You say 'Aye, there has been much talking with Kylariel as of late, but I will be able to show a little more for a time, but it, dear, is not most assured.'

A short dwarf with a red beard is here, slinging curses at no one in particular. A battle-worn mercenary rests and prepares for another war.
Lysrieal holds close to the ground.
People near you: (PK) Thror Outside the Guard Post (PK) Gwimdorf Bottom of the Bloody Stairs (PK) Lysrieal Outside the Guard Post
You whisper 'What have you made call for dear?'
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Thror says 'Ye'll knowin time.'
Lysrieal nods, her hair falling over her face
Lysrieal brushes her hair back behind her elven ears.
Thror snorts.
Thror says 'Long ago, I married en elf.'
Thror says 'She boarded a ship, en sailed te the distant lands.'
Lysrieal listens carefully.
Thror says 'In yer, I see her intelligence, en beauty.'
Valkore has arrived.
Thror says 'In these others, I see ignorance en foolishness.'
Thror eyes Valkore in disgust and grunts with indignation.
Thror says 'Aha!'
Lysrieal raises her eyebrows.
Thror says 'En the seeker now shows.'
Thror says 'I would suggest yer hold yer tongue Valkore.'
Valkore says 'yuh. Meh gretin vilajeh wargod!'
Thror says 'Yer were told te come alone, which suggests that yer wouldn't alert others O' where we are.'
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Valkore says 'meh caneh beh wakin in her.. deh gads nuh undatandin meh..'
Valkore says 'meh alwahs beh nedin elp getin insid'
Valkore sighs.
Thror says 'Yer always welcome te leave.'
Gwimdorf has arrived.
Gwimdorf says 'Ello.'
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Gwimdorf leaves north.
Lysrieal brushes her hair back behind her elven ears.
Lysrieal dampens her lips with her toungue, refreshing them from the dryness.
Jaslanna has arrived. Ransleyr has arrived.
Valkore grumbles and growls. You wonder what's wrong...
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Valkore says 'meh nuh gon beh lefin'
Ransleyr nods.
Thror says 'Shed blood 'ere.'
Thror says 'en die.'
Jaslanna leaves north. Ransleyr leaves north.
Valkore says 'nuh wen deh ert beh shakin lik dat, an deh mun beh lik dat to yuh'
Thror yells 'Shed blood 'ere en death will greet yer.'
You say 'What makes you say such like that about the Maiden dear?'
Thror says 'I'm reminded O' her lack O' ignorance at this time'
You whisper 'Where has she gone dear?'
Valkore scratches his head with a confused look on his face, and am arm falls out of his hair.
Valkore says 'der beh sompin ron abot som woman?'
You blink several times.
Lysrieal looks into Thror's eyes, peacefully.
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Noldruk has arrived.
Thror nods.
Thror says 'Say not a word.'
Thror says 'Ter yer 'companions''
Noldruk frowns.
Thror glares at Noldruk.
Noldruk says gruffly 'Yer beard bein' red all yer life?'
Thror snorts.
Tynnyn has arrived. Valarath has arrived.
Arehanah has arrived. Arehanah whispers 'Blessed be..'
Valarath says 'I hope no one strike meh'
Thror grunts something incomprehensible, not amused by his circumstances.
Tynnyn chuckles politely.
Thror says 'Took yer filth long enough.'
Thror says 'Dismiss yerselves frem each other's skirts.'
Thror says 'Yer were told te come 'ere, alone.'
Thror says 'Yet, you ask en gather about one another as if yer dependant upon each other.'
Tynnyn says 'As if'
Thror says 'That angers me beyond belief.'
Tynnyn says 'Not bein' a fact'
Thror says 'As if Maran?'
Lysrieal raises her eyebrows.
Thror says 'Yer did not form a group with this one?'
Valkore sighs.
Thror points excitedly at Valarath!
Thror says 'Were ye not told te come 'ere alone?'
Arehanah whispers 'Forgive us, but we are not always in the habit of trusting dwarven runners without reasons...'
Tynnyn says 'I brought no one'
Tynnyn says 'But I met'em here'
Thror snorts.
Tynnyn says 'So they followed me.'
Thror says 'yer speak spittle frem yer mouth.'
Thror says 'Don't twist yer bloody words around te make yerself look like a champion.'
Thror says 'We dwarves have no need fer heroes.'
Tynnyn says 'What do ya have need of? I've been called for a reason, eh?'
Thror says 'I ain't got any need fer yer, if that's what yer think.'
Thror says 'So yer ken dismiss yerself if yer think I do.'
Valarath says 'Uh'
Valarath says 'Gah!'
Thror snorts derisively at Valarath.
Thror says 'Got a rat stuck in yer throat giant?'
Valarath says 'What deh fug?'
Tynnyn leans back on his heels, at eye level with Thror.
Tynnyn says 'I'll stay'
Thror spits in utter disgust!
Thror says 'Behold Mortorn.'
Thror motions to the great mountain in the distance.
Thror says 'The depths are the deepest the Dwarves have forged inte the earth.'
Lysrieal nods, her hair falling over her face
Lysrieal brushes her hair back behind her elven ears.
Thror says 'Now perverted with the stench O' death en the filth O' disease.'
Arehanah whispers 'Duergar.'
Thror says 'We dwarves enjoy our drink...'
Thror says 'but passion fer our work.'
Thror says 'en our work includes our War.'
Thror says 'En old sayin' is that neva will a dwarf relinquish his axe, until his last breath leaves his lungs.'
Thror says 'Another sayin' is, once a Sapper, always a Sapper.'
Thror says 'Sappers are the Engineers O' the dwarves. They use all that they have in order te carve their ways through this stone.'
Thror says 'Ever seen a Magragga?'
Noldruk shakes his head.
You say 'The Maiden has not'
Thror says 'Stone-worm'
Thror says 'They eat through the earthen ground.'
Thror says 'Sappers use em te dig these tunnels at times.'
Valarath says 'Are they big?'
Thror says 'Thicker then yer fat mother giant.'
Thror says 'Yer men en women are nae here as allies.'
Thror says 'yer here te accomplish one thing.'
Thror says 'Te be the last standin' in front O' me.'
Tynnyn says 'We are t'fight one another?'
Thror says 'Do so, en ye'll be rewarded by he who knows the spirit O' a Sapper.'
Thror shrugs indifferently.
Thror says 'If yer choose.'
Thror says 'The goal is te fight yer way through the depths.'
Thror says 'Through each other if need be.'
Thror says 'Through the dwarves if need be.'
Thror says 'Through the Duergar, likely'
Thror says 'Past the Spirits, aye'
Thror says 'but nae as allies.'
Thror says 'none o' yer here are te befriend one another. '
Thror says 'In the vast tunnels en beneath the stone, there are no friends.'
Thror says 'The first two to reach me, will face one another.'
Thror says 'The victor, will learn what only a sapper as meself is willin' te teach.'
Thror says 'Gruktik was invited.'
Valarath says 'He is near'
Thror says 'He failed te reach this destination on time.'
Valarath says 'He could take my spot'
Thror snorts.
Thror says 'If yer told em te come 'ere, en I find out...'
Thror says 'ye'll have him takin' yer teeth frem yer arse.'
Valkore says 'if anehtin in yuh lif beh impotant, besid yuh qest beh kilin meh an aleh dem maji, dun dis beh ona deh mos impotant?'
Valarath says 'So he can come?'
Thror says 'No.'
Thror says 'En yer ken leave.'
Refusing to yield, Thror folds his arms stubbornly
Valarath says 'I not leave'
Thror says 'Yes yer is.'
Valarath nods at Thror.
Valarath leaves east.
Thror snorts.
Thror says 'Bloody giant thinks I'm a flamin' pixie?'
Tynnyn says 'Let's get goin' then'
Thror kicks at the dirt angrily.
Thror says 'Are there any questions?'
Thror says 'Ask not the assistance O' one another.'
Thror says 'Rely on yerselves.'
Thror says 'No dwarf likes a man who needs a crutch.'
Thror says 'Er a woman'
Thror winks suggestively at you.
You chuckle politely.
Tynnyn tells you 'I'll not be goin' against my duty, if it comes t'it'
Thror yells 'Assist any O' these men or women Gwimdorf...'
Thror yells 'En ye'll be prayin' fer a way te get me hammer out yer arse.'
Gwimdorf yells 'Ye ask o' me and I will be leavin' Lord Thror.'
Thror yells 'Jes stay clear.'
Thror says 'Prepare yerselves.' Thror says 'but the first two will know the outcome'

12870, Hey, got the rest of this?
Posted by Lightmage on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
It pretty cool. I wish i could have participated in something like this....
Oh yeh...you're gone now. *grin* Well hell, I liked you with Wasarbre, even though I cant stand Dawn.....You sure stuck it out, and I wish we could have traveled more.
If you come back, try something where you get to fight more. You definatly have the skills....which I found surprising. I always figured most of the dawnites were wusses. *grin*
Take care.

12871, Sorry
Posted by Lysrieal on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
Nope, would have been fun to partake in it, but with my role and the "leaving the guild" at that time, Lysrieal did not see it fit. Maybe another chance will come in the future.
Thanks, and best luck to you

Way to stick to your idea regardless what everyone said, including me about "The Maiden" stuff. You were great and I've always loved having an elf maiden to pick on when I was playing a dwarf.

I enjoyed my ideas which kept me with them. The third person talk was my favorite part. It was something I felt to be original and my own. The "dear" part I liked because it made me sound caring and open like I felt lys should be. Didn't want to be a take off of Calarathiel. Enjoyed the dwarves, always liked the dwarves.

Yes, I think you did a wonderful job as well. You kept up with your story line about your lineage and I was quite impressed. I always made a point to ask you about them and truthfully wanted to find some way to incorporate myself to assist you. I hope you will continue to play because otherwise it would be sad to lose a truly exceptional person.

First off, I failed. I ran out of motivation and fun. My playing times suffer greatly and I have decided I will take my leave until I can have the time to actively play. Thanks to all the Immortals who stood behind me. Bria, Eryndorial, Vynmylak, and calradian. I tried to play a real mortal, one who experiences everything lie throws out. I personally feel someone doesn’t ever in his or her life let some taints get to them, unrealistic. But it is seeing it and curing the problem. Hopefully the Amaria faith will enter the lyceum soon and its up to you all whether you would like to hold it. I tried to bring more things that were physically in the game, in. In that I feel I succeeded. It was rough, but fun. Anyhow, it’s been fun, even though I ultimately failed.
Imms.
Bria: Thanks for the talks. I was king of disappointed at first, but found further role-play aspects from the talks. Either way, I’ve always enjoyed interactions with you.
Eryndorial: Thanks for the chance. You were right, I wouldn’t want it in the end. Still don’t understand why you didn’t de-apostle me. I even asked for it. Hold dawn tight. Thanks for the chance.
Vynmylak: It was fun. Thanks for all the support. You are an awesome guy. Thanks as well for the title.
Calradian: I always held you high. Lysrieal always looked up to you. Thanks for supporting my religion and offering me the chance to try apostleship.
Imm who played Lord Danallaren, thanks, it was fun but you left me hanging there.
MORTALS
Yaofhil: Hold true, you are both funny and I have high hopes for you.
Jelare: Hope your times coincide better soon. You have lots of potential and do well.
Abthalok: Sorry I could never get you the stoneform. You were always a pleasure and I wish I could have done more with you.
Wasarbre: Old dwarf, you were awesome. Wow, it was fun.
Onilyn: Thank you for giving me a break and keeping me vigilant. You held me in there a while by being deceitful.
Lalgar: My apostleship buddy, sorry I wasn’t there for you always.
I will post more later, crunch on time. I have a few logs as well. Sorry about the third person speech as well!

Lanaulyn: Awesome person, loved you a hell of a lot. You were the one I started my extended role on.
Dieca: I outlived ya! Not really, was fun.
Lardovian: I always loved to talk to you, you seemed to be a well played magister. I like the trust we could have.
Ueleveyye: Hold in there, you do well. nice to see justiciars.
kayloni: hold in there as well. you seem to show desire to learn and progress.
Geez, can't remember and there are a lot of important ones. Just give a yell, and I mean give a yell.
Also played:
Serniae Kordeav-Hall, Heart of the Hummingbird, Servant of the Dawn (Herald)Ameliea, the taken over paladin

Hmpf, thought you'd forget me there for a while :P
I liked Lysrieal a lot too and even if we didn't always meet in person we always found some way to get a talk going. Only regret I have is that I didn't get enough of them started and not seeing you more. You did well from what I could see and I liked being around you when opportunity arose. I should thank you for being there with me in the end aswell, somehow I with a little help managed to gather almost everyone that I thought should be there.
I hope you'll be back one day with new steam pushing in the pipes, it's a big Thera and there's no way you're going to make me believe that you've seen it all yet :P
Take care and good luck with whatever you'll be doing next.

I too kinda saw this coming, I knew your playing times had started to fall away, or maybe I just saw you less because my playing times were forced to change away from evenings?
Anyway I thought the Maiden was a well played char, rich use of emotes to give individuality. Sorry I was not able to jumpstart anything in Darsylon for you, I guess there was noone to hear my pray or no interest when I tried to have a chat with "dad". Just the luck of the draw sometimes, Imm have the time sometimes they don't.
I keep trying to figure out who got me killed more in Whistlewood, you or Barilian =0P heh it was all good fun though.
Take care and good luck with the next one.

I lost motivation, my times never were full active times. Don't worry, your doing fine. I didn't expect you to jumpstart anything in Darsylon, I only found it logical that since you claimed to be the son of the king, then i should also come to you. it would have been fun if the immortals continue to play, but that is not their responsibility.
I really wanted to learn whistlewood, and each adventure there was another chance for me to do it. Barilan was one to be full throtle for going, so I went with him. I believe you died twice with me, one time I died with you, the other i somehow survived(But had died earlier on that expedition from the water, our little secret :P)

I enjoyed traveling with you and taking you different places. You seemed a bit newbish, not in terms of roleplaying but in terms of exploration so I wanted to show you as much as I could. You slowly stopped showing up. I liked the character a lot.
Best of luck on the next one and all that jazz.

ya, it was fun. With Serniae, I was basically a newbie, first character above rank 23 was it? Learned a lot of basic regearing, touch of roleplaying, and how to run. Then i made Ameliea, to further roleplay and learn the lands more with with protection and chance of living through different area with word, sanctify room, and sanctuary. I got the roleplaying in with heralds and Iunna and the child I cared for from the orphanage, but I had about a week at hero when i was beginning my learning process before Ameliea was taken over. Then with Lys, I went back to the haven(my home) tried again a big extended role and made things out of game boundries real to me and others in game. I learned a lot more areas and feel a lot more knowledgable. Surely my next characters will further the roleplay even further and this character boosts their ability with the lands to inact further possibilities. Thanks!

I didn't get to see enough of you after my induction, save those few times when you were around when I was, and we had some good interactions. Sadly I think there are like 2 other Servants left aside from me, and no active apostles. So until you make a new Servant, it'll be just me and the Maran hangin out. Take care and good luck.

I still exist and mean to play actively. But sadly, my cable died last saturday so I've been unable to play since (posting on forums while at work is still an option).

I just got real bored with duing the farewells at the moment, was a little shaky after deleteing, something I don't really like doing. ontop of that, I needed to get to my soccer training :) !!! I will return to dawn in due time, it is my home. Eryndorial and Calradian will hopefully give dawn the strength they need. I did better as a non-apostle and am sorry the haven had to endure me so long with my leadership and my lack of time.

Posted by GinGa on Wed 31-Dec-69 07:00 PM
As hycteran I remember you quite well, we played together testing our legacies and I helped you rank up some during the near-hero times. (you may remember me up on mount cala-something with skeletons doing erads with my shaft of pure energy and pugils ;) ) Damn, your an old char... since Hycteran I've had 4 other hero's and your still here! I have the upmost respect for you and i'm sorry you ran out of drive for the char, i'm surprised you were able to keep it up this long!!! I know i have trouble staying interested once my friends start dissapearing but you continued to befriend everyone, an important step. Met you with one or two other chars and you were still as cool as I remember, well done. Hope you come back soon, we need more roleplayers like you.

I do remember you. It was fun on the mountains. Hycteran, Constance, and I. A nice band we had there. You were great and loved talking with you. Curious, what other heroes were they? I kept with my role because I loved it. It was fun, but then turned out not to be because of my inability to play. I'll be back I promise. Once my time free's up so I can take on a extended role and make it work and have fun.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Lysrieal from more than just a couple perspectives and I was greatly impressed with the Maiden's depth rp wise each time. You made up for the fact that you weren't able to play often by making it more enjoyable when you WERE on. As Lanaulyn, I remember being your Apostle and talking with Calradian about your skills and how they could be used for the Dawn. Then as Karhon, I just remember thinking Lysrieal was too emotive for my liking but learning to accept it and actually starting to enjoy being around her just for a fresh perspective.
