I went back and forth on liking and hating your character pretty much every time you spoke. After a very short time, my opinion of you firmly lodged right into hate and distrust. The first time I even spoke to you, you let your temper win-out. All the RP after that, and later (a good example being you exhausting yourself healing the Captain's ghost and not being able to ward off someone in your PK range) was by far the point where I realized that you were a terrible Imperial. So now I don't have to spend my time trying to figure out why in the world Imperials would deal with your ego and mouth for anything other than sanc... since not one of them ever stood up in your defense when I would warn them you didn't actually care about the Imperial army as a whole.

Empire is in a huge candy-coated crap spiral right now, so your presence will be missed, at least, and we had quite a few VICTORY! moments together mixed with a little fun RP.

Anyways, I'll attribute all of it to a mix in personality, as I know Eumridae is not always the easiest person to get along with IC, and wish you the best of luck with your next character. And I agree with Ray: Set an alias for delete!

She hated every shadow as she thought they were worthless and absolutely useless in every way. This might clear it up. They dealt with her ego because she was a great healer. She was also beyond dedicated to keeping them alive, aiding them no matter the risk to herself, and the ego was because how everyone treated her from day one. Since she was willing to heal people and was good at it beyond a doubt. She got a lot praise which feed into her already big ego. If she became high priest she likely would of assumed she was borderline a god.

I am always said for having a big ego myself so I wanted to make a character with one. Shockingly your the only one that has said anything about it while normally I have a bitch fest about it. Though this time it was RP and not people lying/exaggerating.

Ha. Well if you hate Shadows, don't be surprised that they hate you right back. We had a big clash of ego with the characters around at that point in Empire, anyways. Aside from Sag, I'm not sure I saw any other Council member or the Emperor more than once each, so it's not like we had a lot of guidance in that sort of thing.

I actually assumed that you were Pride sphere or something like that, so I went out of my way never to give you any sort of praise past a quick "Thank you" here and there. I also never asked you to follow me around for protection for the same reason. I kept our interactions to Imperial business strictly.

Unshocklingly... I never said you weren't a good healer. Just said your character was a flake and a terrible Imperial from my perspective IC, which basically seems to be what you were going for as far as a Shadow's perspective.

I also never said you did.

I was just explaining while others put up with her ####. I expected you to hate me though. Just you hated me no where near what Morrow did even though I spent 4 times as much time healing him.


Was sort of a vanity thing that blew out of control.

Next time you follow Ray we'll have to have some talks about the diff between pride and vanity. Those are always fun things to delve into.

Hopefully it will help me figure out how to rp better.

Eumridae probably hated you more than Morrow did, but I didn't go out of my way to tell you about it all the time. I did the opposite. I went out of my way to not let you heal me, so I wouldn't have to be humble if you saved my life. Much easier getting you to apologize that way if I actually needed you and you weren't there. Haha.

Anyways, that's it for me. Not in the habit of posting this much for my own characters, nevermind others. GLWYN.

Last thing this game needs is another person who thinks they're god's gift to the game.

This is a real shame, I was hoping you'd give the Empire some support in the hero ranks. It was great fun chasing you around in the group battles, and the few times I managed to catch you alone were enjoyable. I can't imagine they were too fun from your perspective, but you certainly made it fun chasing you.

Wow. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Well done from everything I saw you were a great imperial. I would truly find another thing to type for those anger moments. And I think you owe me 1 copper.

The event takes more than a few days I hear. I'm just going to set my alias for delete to slap self and damned jew elves for delete. I figure that is long enough and odd enough to calm me down by the time I type it.

You made it harder taking down Imperials when you were about. Your presence always had to be accounted for. The skirmishes we had were fun... Even through the disgusting parts.. Now roll up a healer Reaver and come over to the other side..

That plus insects made it a nightmare to fight you as a healer. Shamans are already the bane of healers that just made it worse. Also I liked your character from being your enemy and ally. I also played Cruek.

Ugh, honestly sorry to see this, even if you were an annoyance at times. Your presence emboldened the empire, balanced the odds a bit and you were always willing to stick it out defending against nearly any odds. I thought the interaction yesterday outside the fortress with you instructing the blades on how to stagger their trips was hilarious and fitting for what I saw of the character.

I definitely would not have taken the staff to give to Faenral if I knew you were thinking of deleting, however it was certainly appropriate for gating to me twice - especially for someone as willing to be 'annoying with no chance of death' as you were. I waited next to some really nasty spots to maneuver you into today, but you'd catch me on eastern, etc.

I was thinking about deleting. Just a stress reflex ended it for me. I normally don't care about gear but I wasn't done playing around with that staff yet. C'est la vie.

An hour or so later typed by reflex. It is something I do when I'm angry. It gives me a few moments to ponder if I want to keep the character. I was stunned when I saw the screen kick out. I had no real intention to delete.

I hope you had fun. I know we had a rough going at it but we were definitely getting there.

I spent quite a bit more time trying to figure out this religion than I have any other. Maybe...sometime down the line when I get the urge to play another empowerment class I might try again.

... but I was hoping you'd take what I said and rolled with it. Loosen up and have fun and you won't have the urge to delete as much.

It was great to have Dia around while it lasted.
You were super nice for an imperial healer and we had a few fun RP moments.

I think we both could and should have done much better
as far as team work/PK/mechanics go, but then it takes time to learn these things.
On the other hand it may all have been an act of a scheming priestess who wanted the other sects to perform badly until they surrendered completely to the power of Rayihn ;-)

I am sure Empire is going to miss you.

I might try to be more of an ass with my next. Just a little bit so I don't seem overtly nice with my evil characters. I think we did fine as there wasn't much I could aid to pk besides healing.

Hard to imagine being more of an ass than killing the escort mob of a level 1 - 10 quest, being completed by a neutral level 9 mage. Total douchebag move in my mind that was the equivalent of following a newbie character around and healing brownies while he fights them. Not because he attacked brownies in front of you, but because you saw him walk past you into emerald and thought hey! Maybe that guy will kill something good. Past level 11? Some how your enemy? Some how I could take the oath? Perhaps. None of that applies at level 9 as a neutral. Try sprinkling more RP versus other players in with your 'being more of an ass' with game mechanics.

I'm sorry but that Maddie bitch had to die. I was honestly drunk and on a whim decided to kill him. I'm sorry I cost you 3k exp and ruined your character.

It was pointless douchebaggery at its finest, being a #### not being evil. Would not have posted it until I saw you say you wanted to be "more of an ass" in the future, I think you had that part down pat. Somehow I doubt that applies only IC or only to this character.

From one douchebag to another it is safe to say you are indeed a douchebag, usually with every character of yours. I attribute it to mudding drunk for you because you have good days and bad. The guy is Anon because he is posting as his active character and probably didn't want to out himself but wanted you to know who he was.

You can be evil without being a twat, but you don't have to if you don't want.

I am super nice and a douche? I think what your attributing to me being a douche is about 4% or less of my actual actions. He is saying that I am a douche based on less than 3 minutes out of 114 hours. Where most of the time I spent helping random people, giving out gear, and teaching newbies how to better understand the game. The bad is always remembered much more than the good.

You are responsible for all your actions. Not just the actions you "want" to be responsible for.

This guy probably only ever interatced with Dia for those "3 minutes out of 114 hours". So chances are that 100% of his entire interaction with Dia was Dia being a douchebag. You have to wear that since you admittedly acted like a douche.

All you need to do is apologise without sarcasm for being a jackass and then move on with your life. Harrassing a sub level 10 character just because you can is pathetic and akin to something a sub age 10 person would do.

I'd rather be seen as a douche for playing a well liked character that did a lot to help people than give in to some whiny douche who actively is seeking to put me in a poor light. Especially since I can write with full confidence they have done so much worse themselves.

I know I shouldn't... But this is -kinda- funny.

Kudos for Dia though. You managed to be only a mildly annoying Imperial in that you didn't ask me to go around places or ask me for anything.

The Lash fest this morning was kinda fun in a roundabout kind of way, seeing as neither one of us seems to be very good with lash to begin with.

Seriously though. Good luck with your next. I've had a couple accidental deletions myself over the years, though not on characters I anticipated having any sort of longevity.

I absolutely hated you.

First, sitting at 41 and healing everyone I was fighting. Second, actually wording a stunned necromancer a second before I killed him. Third, completely stopping my attempts at raiding. Fourth, swiftness. Ugh.

Gladly, these things ended, for the most part, when I was able to kill you. I cannot count how many Imperials you saved from death, but it is a lot. Glad I got the opportunity to destroy you a few times.

Every fight except the last that we had I was empowered to 32. If I had been fully empowered I could of done so much better. Don't worry I'll likely be back with something else to annoy you. (I do enjoy your character)

Only you tesline, only you. *laugh* I hope you had fun, and by the sound of it you did. You you were around, the tables were turned in our favor. Even just you and one other person could take on some tough odds. I hope you do another imperial healer, but I know how boring it can be so I don't expect you to. Whatever you do, good luck with it.
